I use VIP.com which is their sister book but the same call center and customer service handles both books. They are always wonderful withn payouts and if I use Moneygram or Western Union I get my money the same day 100% of the time. I also get alot of gifts in the mail like a $200 bulova watch I got for Christmas. They also sent coolers,folding chairs,BBQ grill sets etc. Customer service is really good too. The reason you dont hear so much about them anymore is because they stopped accepting US players a few years back. I am glad I am grandfathered in. If I had to list a negative it would be that they dont accept telephone wagers anymore. Other than that they are A- in my opinion. They were a grade A book on SBR a few years back but they dont advertise anymore so they are now a B. Also they dont have big bonuses if you are after big reload bonuses but some players dont want them anyway because of rollover.

i've gotten a few gifts in the mail as well... a chair was the last gift i received about 2 months ago. wife was confused when i took it out of the box why they would send me a chair.
