I registered my account
At the time I registered I could placed bets and see the limit on any bet

A couple of hours later I made a deposit of 500€ , after which I couldn't place any bets since now every bet I try to place is hit with the message: Maximum bet exceeded.

So basically they limited my account to 0 without placing a bet

When questioned the support answered I need to call them to place a bet

So what's the purpose of having an online bookmaker if one cannot place a bet online ?

A sick joke at that. What if your purpose was to place a bet in-play? Don't tell me you have to call in a bet for this too. You should withdrawl, but before you do try and talk to a manager and get to the reasoning. Could be some kind of error....
