I hear people talking about Bodog and dual lines. What do you mean by that? They give out different lines to different accounts or what?

Yes.
Winning or sharp players will be given different lines. AFAIK, Bodog simply adjust to -115 sets.

If you saw Arizona +3.5 -120 today you are on the "Square" line. Anyone who demonstrates half a brain over time gets moved to the "Sharp" line and saw +2.5
