04-09-2009 I have placed a 2 bets on friendly match PSV Eindhoven- Arminia Bielefeld. I risked 121 euro and unfortunately both bets were losing bets. Next day I have found a report from this match on official site of PSV ( link below)
Match wasn’t played on PSV Eindhoven stadium (in bwin offer PSV was a host), but on neutral stadium in Tegelen. According to Bwin rules, bets should be cancelled if the place of playing match was changed to neutral. According to
that rule my bets should have been cancelled. I have informed bwin support about the situation. Initially they informed me that the bets with wrong stadium notification were cancelled. To show them that my bets
were not cancelled as they should I sent them screenshots of my account.

As a response the bwin support informed me that match was played in the suburbs of Eindhoven... It is really easy to find on internet a detailed location of a city. Please have a look at the link and screenshot below:

Tegelen is in another province that Eindhoven - Tegelen is in Limburg province, Eindhoven in Brabant province! A few years ago Tegelen was merged into the municipality of another Dutch big city Venloo. It is pretty clear that Tegelen
is not in the suburbs of Eindhoven. Moreover, Tegelen is very close to Germany/Netherland border, and closer to some big German cities like Monchengladbach. I sent this information to bwin support and awaited response with no avail. Would SBR be able to help me with this issue?
2nd problem with BWIn.
05-09-2009 I have placed a few live-bets on a match
Slovenia (U21) - France (U21)
One of them was Handicap 2:0 result X (draw) with stake 100 euro odds 4.6. Bwin opened a livebetting markets on this match at the half time. France was leading 2-0 at HT. In 2nd half Slovenia scored a goal (with the result 1-2
bet would lose). In added time of 2nd half France scored a 3-rd goal, and the final time result was 1-3). Very lucky
goal.
Unfortunately, just a few minutes later my bet was cancelled.

Of course I asked support what was the reason. The answer was stating that there was an error in the offer and attached was the copy-paste bwin rules. I have tried contacting them again, unfortunately bwin support didn’t answer any of my questions:
- what was the error in the offer (they say hardly anything about the error and considering that other bookies didn’t
offer a livebetting on this match and bwin has started in half time, it is impossible to compare it with other
bookmakers offers, or figure out if the handicap should be greater or smaller)
- why the bet wasn’t cancelled immediately? I placed the bet at 3.51 pm, match was finished at 4.50 pm, bwin cancelled a bet at 4.58 pm so just a moment after the winning goal. This is totally unfair- if result was "lost", bet would have stayed as correct. After the lucky goal, suddenly the bet wasn't correct anymore. It is hard not to come to conclusion that bwin oddsmaker was waiting for the result, to decide if to cancel the bet or not. Almost always, bwin cancels live betting mistakes immediately - after few minutes max. This kind of approach is fair, everyone makes mistakes. But waiting for the FT result to decide whenever cancel the bets or not is totally unfair. Please help with having BWin reconsider this bet as correct.
