I try my best every day to like these guys. Most of the time it's right as rain. Strange the tech problems they keep happening. I am hanging with them hoping this all gets sorted out. Feel my money is safe. I got bumped off my 105 the other day and am trying to get that back. I am not really bothered by the delay I am on. If that keeps the linesman happy--so be it. Just want the 105 back!! lol

They are a mickey mouse book. They hire salesmen that would struggle to sell a used car. They cant handle the reduced vig since Fernando passed away. I am sure they are struggling financially. They have a very poorly trained staff in both wagering and cs. I would love to tour their facility and see how they operate.

BP is a love/hate relationship, I love lots of stuff about them and hate lots of stuff about them (this is still much better than the pure hate I have for shitbag Bodog) but these problems with their site goin down everyday have got to stop I mean really whatever the fuk other sites do that make their sites up nearly 100% of the time BP has got to do, new server, new ISP, whatever it is they gotta do it, I have never been so frustrated as tryin to login and place a bet at BP its like 75% youll get logged out when you go to make your bet or you wont be able to log in in the first place

To be honest, it's happened before by accident it seemed. When they would be having severe tech problems and be down for a while it was as if it didn't remember in the software who was reduced and who wasn't. Normally, I just went into chat or contacted Richard and was put back on reduced quickly. This time seems to be more of a problem. I can only hope they are looking into it, but in all honesty I can imagine I am pretty far down the food chain in terms of "what do we solve first".

As I mentioned to them, my action probably triples with them every day on reduced vs the standard lines. So its really better for both parties to have me on reduced. So I am certainly rooting for them to stay "up" and I want my 105 back.

I play there every day--when they let me.

i don't have a balance there, but i have tried logging in the past few weeks and it wouldn't work for me.
but, tonight it's working fine. i just tried to see if live roulette would open and it said failed socket connection or something. but live bj worked. so the roulette must be offline tonight.

Woke up today and found my 105 restored and placed a wager that went thru without hesitation (well, with my customary and agreed to and understandable and I don't have a problem with 10 sec delay). Like most of you I have several outs. I know the tech issues they have are frustrating and if it weren't for the following I wouldn't play there:

1) reasonable limits for rec and pro alike (although I wish nba was higher than $250 in the morning)

2) money is safe

3) Richard (patience of Job this guy. listens to all reasonable arguments and some not so reasonable (remember the guy whose "kid" lost all his balance in the casino?)

4) best bonuses in the industry. DISCLAIMER I don't get these anymore

last but not least, and this one may be the biggest reason to overlook the frikkin irritating and seemingly unending tech issues

5) THEY HAVE OPINIONATED NUMBERS

yes i said it, minimum 4 to 5 times a day you are going to find a true value with them. Their linesman is not afraid to take a position. I will agree they have been more cautious after the unfortunate loss of the previous linesman, but they still offer good value to the serious player/researcher.

You are thanking Richard and Bet Phoenix for allowing you to make a bet??? So the reduced vig allows them the right to have all the down time they want?? They are an awful book. I can name 10 places where your money is safer. When they brought Fernando in I was impressed. Since then its a below average book that cghanges the rules as they see it. What book llimits people to 4 dimes in payouts in a week?? That doesnt work for me and most of my friends. Bonuses are for losers so i wont get into that. As long as you are thanking Richard lets see what happens when they stop paying people.
