I see that some of the best books are banned in the USA. Would you ever consider using them even if you live in the US? and when if comes time to withdraw, I can use my address in Russia to make the transaction? Is this a good or bad idea?

bad, very bad idea. Some books will close your account or at least block access when they notice you login from USA

No, I wouldn't consider it. You could probably get away with it if you could somehow mask your IP address and get someone to cash the check in a foreign county. That said, the risks probably aren't worth it, and there are still a few good books left for US citizens.
