What an absolute mess...They called me today, but quite honestly I didn't extend the conversation long enough to see what they were offering. Not until they pay their utility bills or whatever the hell needs to happen down there.....

They seem like nice people, and they pay, which is the main thing. But they're pretty clueless. It takes them forever to do book to book transfers - you have to remind them at least once. 5 dimes and Matchbook do it almost instantaneously, so there's no good reason why it should take them so long.

It's probably because their accounting and customer service departments are about as competent as their IT department. I did a $3K transfer from them to another book and they CREDITED my account instead of debiting it. I called them up and told them about the error, and they didn't even thank me for being honest. I don't expect a free play or anything, but a thank you would have been nice for saving them $6K. They guy acted like he was doing ME a favor by correcting the error.

Also, I called them on Christmas asking about the "free parlay" offer I got in the mail. The customer service guy I talked to acted like he didn't know anything about it. He mumbled something about having to meet a rollover requirement if I won the bet, and when I asked him what that meant he said that he didn't know and that he'd have to ask someone else. I told him to forget the whole thing - a $25 parlay bet wasn't worth my time.
