First post here but I am not a newbie. My first account offshore was back in early 90's when WWTS meant World Wide Tele Sports and only took phone wagers from West Indies. The internet didn't even exist...those were the days!

I feel it an obligation to share this. I have been a loyal VIP customer at 5dimes since 2003. Recently I felt the need to switch books and chose Bookmaker.com. There are alot of negative comments about every book on these forums but the posters don't always tell the full story so you can't take their negative comments as 100% fact. Anyways, opened an account with Bookmaker on Monday, made a play on Monday night and Tuesday night. Won both. Contacted Bookmaker.com yesterday (Wednesday) morning to withdrawal the complete balance of the account, including my initial deposit ($X,000.00). Just received an email from them (approximately 24 hours later) with the ** information. They never once balked or asked why I would withdrawal all of the funds, just simply said thank you for your business Sir.

They also, and this is important for anyone, did not once play any type of delay games to encourage any more betting. My (limited) experience with them is that they are a first class book.

UPDATE: The chat feature must not have been working when I contacted them yesterday. I got an email from support yesterday within 2 hours of my inquiry saying they would look into it. I got a final word today that payment will go out early next week. Looks like Dimeline is improving their service to players even if they are on the slow side with the payouts. Will keep you updated when I recieve payment.
