    SPORTBET.COM running scams via payouts.
Avoid at all costs the Costa Rica enterprise known as Sportbet.COM.

In 1 month I've had several issues that required me dialing cust service, asking and waiting hours for a manager, then finally resolving the small issues.

On 12/15 I submitted 2 requests for $2000 check via fed ex (5-10 business days).

I received the first one within 6 business days. The second one still has not arrived, and (this is the sleazy part) I was called by customer service to ask me if I could accept bank wire transfer "because it wil get to you quicker". "we are about to cut the check today, and send it fed ex, but if you allow us, a bank wire will reach you sooner".

Of course I said OK. Only to find that another "request" was put through and I have to wait 3-5 MORE business days for this NEW request.

All this for a lousy $2000?!?!

This place is a scam with morons for customer service agents...so BEWARE!!

The company has recently been sold so the standard poor CS and slow withdrawals are worse than usual. Hardly a scam.

Sportbet.com in its intention to improve the processing of pay outs, is now looking to fulfill the withdrawal requests through all the available options.

“Scooter23” pay out was processed accordingly, in a timely matter, after he was contacted to offer the switch of method. His funds were already sent from SportBet.com's bank but most likely the bank in which “scooter23” has his bank account, closed for the holidays. Take in consideration its an international bank wire, not an account to account transfer from the same bank.

So, as you can see: no scam happening, & furthermore, no poor service provided but, actually, the other way around, a prompt acting & resolving customer service contacted him to get his funds sent out as soon as possible.

Sportbet.com was recently purchased by a monster of the gaming industry, the 5Dimes Group, & if you know anything about this business, you know that 5Dimes has an excellent reputation in its payout service. So Sportbet’s new direction cannot be other than to become a better payer.
