Pinnacle dispute - KHL- any advice?
    Hey all,

So I placed a for-fun bet on Magnatogorsk of the KHL. The bet was -113 moneyline regulation.

The game finished 2-1 in a SO (Mag won). The wager was graded as a LOSS. I was surprised, since it was a ML regulation bet, and hence should have been a PUSH. Pinnacle normally offers the -1/2 for a win in regulation, as in the NHL.

When I contacted customer support they initially said that the bet was regulation, which is why I lost. I countered that any ML bet in hockey in regulation is a push if teams are tied after 60 minutes. I mentioned that no draw option was available.

    Customer support then countered saying

    "Dear Client,
If there is a draw option offered and the result is a draw, all wagers placed on either side will be graded as a loss.
    Kind regards,
    Customer Service Department
    Pinnacle Sports"

Honestly, I don't recall there being a draw option. And, EVEN IF THERE WAS, a ML bet should have pushed. Otherwise, it's not consistent with all of Pinnacle's other hockey bets.

Any advice? Is this worth filing a dispute or am I in the wrong here??? Does anyone remember if Pinnacle offers draw options in the KHL?

    Thx

Overnights they do not but on game day they also offer 3 way betting. It seems like you
bet the ml in the 3 way which is a loss. Sorry.

If there was a draw option, then your bet loses. I just don't recall ever seeing this offered, though I could easily be wrong.

If there was a draw option then the bet is a loss.

Pinnacle normally has two sets of odds for ice hockey:

Regulation time only (including a draw option)
Including OT (i.e. a true ML)

Would suggest you check your "Graded wagers" history. I could check my XML feeds, if you are sure they have made a mistake.

I am reasonably certain they do but now you are making me think. When I am making
my overnight wagers on European hockey low limits and no 3 way. In the AM game day
most leagues have higher limits and now offer 3 way betting. I assumed KHL did
because I have not noticed they didn't.

I am 100% certain they have 3 way for KHL. I was reviewing the lines earlier today.

              a tie = a loss.

              No dispute.

Why make a post saying "Pinny Dispute" before checking the lines tomorrow to see if they have them since u can't remember. Do you think the book will add the 3 way after your inquiry?

They do offer 3-way betting and spread betting on elitserien, KHL etc.

Evidently I am blind. I only bet handicaps and totals though.
