Wagerchief.com waiting on manager

I have an issue with Wagerchief, but I want to give John a legit chance to fix.
I will let you guys know the issue and you tell me if I have a reason to complain.

I made 3 deposits. I took a 100% 8x rollover on my last one. so I got a $300 bonus as the bonus is up to $300 I was told.

I put all $300 on SMU last night to win $1055.
I then got a call from some clown named Phil about an hour later. He stated that I can only get paid $200 total on this wager. He didnt say I can only have+200...he said he would only pay me $200 on the wager and canceled this wager out. I thought it was insane. I found out later that he was suppose to give me +200 odds which means I would have been paid $600 even by playing this rule he made up out of the sky. He should have been more clear, the wager should not have accepted my $300 to win $1055 to begin with if it is not accepted.

So I called john and left him a message this morning. Phil ends up calling my house back 2 times. he threatned my family on xmas morning because he knows he made an error. he is very strange and a very angry person. he made the error not me. I just want to talk to john about it.

anyone else dealt with wagerchief? john is a good guy. I am counting on him to correct phil here and do the right thing.

actually jon just called me and explained.
I have never worked with someone this classy.
they did not honor the game, but it does not matter to me. these guys are nice and they pay on time.

when I say these guys- I mean Jon. Phil is jerk and has a vandetta against me now. He is messing with my account and calling my home. I guess he did not like what I typed about him on here. A spade is a spade. Not all people are going to be like Jon. Glad Jon runs this place. Phil is OUT OF CONTROL.

Phil is one of our managers and has helped out many players in this board for Phoenix, Mania and WC as you may be able to read in previous threads in this particular case you did not see eye to him .

sylvia as well. everyone has been pretty cool but phil. maybe the guy had a crappy week. I will give the benefit of the doubt. I am also recommending a very huge player give you guys a look. He plays 10 dimes a month. keep up the good work and customer service. that stuff is huge in this industry.

10k a week is nothing? so if i give a book 40 dimes a month of action, they dont care? then how come people call me non stop and I only send about $1500 per month? you guys are big time man. I had no clue this was some big timer site. how much do you play a week durito that makes my people insignificant?

I guess you are right in a way. I just spoke to 1 of my friends who is a huge deal in Dtown and he plays $5500 a game to win $5000. He says he plays probably 10 games a week. So I guess its all in what you win lose and send the book. I still think a guy playing 10k a week is worth having and should be considered a compliment when referring him. am I wrong here?
