    Skytower sportsbook (gamblers palace) problem
    Hello

    i deposited 200$ at skytowersportsbook and wagered that night till i had 2000$
    i decided to request a withdrawal before i get a losing streak.
    first problem was i could withdrawal maximum of 1000$ for ex. neteller
    ok i reqauested 1000$ neteller and 1000$ moneybookers

    they telling me they are in a audit process which takes weeks.
    i sent them all documents they requested.
    still i have no money

    what can i do?

    The are "auditing" a lot of players. One thing that will speed it up is to send in a utility bill.

    If that doesn't get the payout moving within a few days, fill out a complaint.

      Audit Process = Excuse not to pay or snail pay

      uwe1957 - I have been waiting 6 months for my payout from them so pease stand in line... they is no need to jump the queue.

      this is the most irritating book out there and one of the most dishonest I v seen in years.

        Justin, you seem to be working these issues w/ ST and GB. Are there any timely payouts? Do these people have extraordinary problems?

          For them it is very ordinary - they snail pay over months (6 months for me and still going) and they charge $20 for every little snailpay amount they pay you.

              F would be a bit harsh - because they eventually pay ... but D- IMO would be pretty accurate.

                I would think more of a d ish rating and that is what prompted my question.

                I like sbr a lot but you have to questions ratings especially if over 10 books I checked with a c rating, aren't even open or their web address changed. This is based of the sbr web link.

                How could you take the rating seriously if books have c rating but they aren't open or sbr has wrong info? Someone needs to check these things.

                  SBR use the rating whip wisely... there are a lot of outstanding payout issues with Skytowerbook at the moment and if SBR reduce their rating to D now, they will have nothing to use as carrot in order to make them pay... although Gamebookers/Skytower rating is definitely misleading under the current circumstances, it is tactically the right thing to do in order to get players settled and there are many of them believe me.

                    We are still going to have an issue with your account, it was set up just last and there is invalid information.
                    As you know we are having a problem with identiy issues and fraud. We called your number today and it's invalid.

                    they tried to reach me on the phone but i had my mobile off-also the fact i have buissness and private mobile nrs
                    i answered them gave them my private phone number to call me
                    and then they wrote me an email
                    i gace them my id front and back and an utility bill from this month and they tell me they have an issue only cause of the fact they couldnt reach em on the phone

                    thats just riciculous i dont understand why they rated with C

                    if they dont pay thisd week ill try to contact OSGA and fill out complain form here
                    i hope that will work .
                    best thing is they locked my sportsbook access but i can play casino-what a joke
                    i told them that i never make any deposits there poor place bets i just want my 2000$

                      any rubbish excuse not to pay.

                      They did not accept my bank statement as a Utility Bill/Proof of addresss...

                      Dont wait, fill out a complaint form here ASAP... in any case it will take months even if Justin is on top of them.

                            Yes. There have been some massive fraud attacks due to their bonus structure; ST/GP is investigating a lot of people that fit a certain bonus profile. They are paying (in full) people that are not multi-accounting.

                              I think they are ilusintaing... they indirectly blamed me too for being part of this fraud attack and they asked me why every time I logged my IP address was different?

                              that summed up the total knowledge of these people about IP addresses.

                              I explained to them that my Internet connection is on a 'Dynamic IP' (very common by the way) which means that I get assigned a new IP every time I login to the Internet.

                                Ok, then that would make sense. They caught my eye for a specific reason and they have a great initial casino bonus and reload.

                                I guess I jumped the gun on the rating system in this case. Hope everyone gets their payments resolved, if there wasn't any reindeer games involved.
