From searching I couldn't find much good, but not anything bad either. There is a payout report of $1k by bankwire in the december payout thread. Also a comment from someone posted that they" are paying pretty fast to neteller lately" a while ago.
Can't see why I should join them, except for their generous bonuses.

There is some nervousness because Bet Atlas was absorbed into Horizon. Atlas had extreme slow-pay issues for all of 2008 and into 2009.
Some of the old Atlas issues still remain as far as sketchy communication. No Live Chat. Their e-mail doesn't work, at least not from here. I have had times when I phone them during regular business hours and get voice mail. Not a regular thing but it has happened twice in recent times - and it corrected itself after a few minutes. Still not good though.
I don't know about payouts. They don't use Moneybookers at all.
I don't have much faith in that rating. SBR still had Atlas rated around a B after a year of torturing people who were trying to get their payouts.

Like so many others, this group was slow to adjust to a radically altered business environment over the last few years. I'm sure they took some lumps but nothing in my experience playing there raises caution.

I used them a little up until last year.
This is my story...
I used them just because they were able to get my ********** approved while other books could not. I dropped about 2k through them over several months. I finally requested a withdrawal, then they told me it hadn't been 30 days since my last CC deposit, even though I made several deposits over the span of a few months. So I had to wait a couple of weeks. It did not state this rule on their website anywhere, they even acknowledged this. I told them they need to update this. They never did. Anyhow, I kept gambling in the meantime just like any other degenerate would. I ended up losing and my balance was down to $300 and some change. It was after the 30 days, so I requested a withdrawal for the $300. Then they came up with another rule that I could only request a withdrawal for $500 or more. I was like **** ***** you *** ***** ***!!!!!!! Of course, this rule was also not on the website! So I then gave them an ultimatum...send me $300 or else! Well, they called me on it, they refused to send me my money, so I bet it, lost, did chargebacks on all my charges with them, and I ended up breaking even!!!!
Bottom line, I would not use them!

I received a bank wire from them recently. It took 3 days to hit my bank.
I believe they do accept Moneybookers now, at least according to their home page.

Yeah I think they do too according to the home page. I did send them an e-mail a few days ago, but no reply as of yet. I know I could try phoning them up, but really if they can't bother to reply to an e-mail then I am not sure I want to be with them.

They've been "funding their Neteller" as of late wrt NT payouts. Except they actually fund it, and then pay within a decent period of time (When they say). Its kinda perverse that they actually do what they say and mean it. I'm unsure what treachery lies ahead but I'm waiting to see why these people aren't toeing the party line of 1) Deceive 2) Deny 3) Rob.

After I signed up they did call me... but they still haven't answered my e-mail.
I talked to a guy who will be my account manager, and he wanted to know what I was interested in, if I would want to make a deposit and by what method++ and all the standard stuff. I told him I would probably not be depositing for at least a few days.
He said he would give me a $55 freeplay to test them out, max win $250 and straight wagers only..... And to cash out the max $250 I would have to make a deposit of $200. The freeplay was credited a few minutes after I talked to him.
Mudcat said that they didn't do moneybookers at all, but Raul (the AM) said that they did take moneybookers deposits. I asked him about payouts to mb, what max withdrawal would be and what the fees were like. He said he wasn't sure but would get back to me on that if I called back. He did say that he thought there would be a $40 fee - he wasn't sure. He said that they do one free withdrawal per month by some other methods, bank wire, western union, etc. So I am guessing since there are reports of them actually paying, at least by bank wire and Neteller, that they may pay by moneybookers too. Hopefully they are free also.
I looked at their lines and they were ok - what you would expect really. But they give you a 100% freeplay bonus up to $500, so there is a lot of value. The 100% bonus comes with a 60 day hold, and that kind of sucks. But if you want no hold you can get a 50% bonus with 7xrollover, which is still a pretty good offer.

So... what was teh final verdict with them ? do they accept Moneybookers (and/por Neteller) or not?
