Anyone ever have a wager dissapear?
As in you make the wager, your acct has been deducted the amount of the wager, than you log back in the next day to find there is no history of the wager?
I wagered on Auburn yesterday, my acct was deducted for the wager and than I logged off about an hr later. Log in today to place another bet and my balance hasnt been credited for the winning wager, in fact the wagered amount is back in my acct but not the winnings.
I check my bet history and theres no history of a bet made yesterday.
I had a problem with a wager not be graded last weekend but it was resolved quickly through chat.
just chatted with a lady and she says theres nothing that shows I made a wager yesterday but the IT team will look into it and she will also have her supervisor look into it.
