hi, i found problem about roll over of the bonus (5x rollover for 100% cash bonus recived when deposited 290$+290$bonus=580$).
3 days ago i was near to complete rollover, 1,000$ about left. 3 days ago i wager about 200$ and 2 days ago i wager about 150$ so i ask on live chat how much $ left to complete roll over, and with my amazement they told me 967.5$ left. try to explain why but they was not able to explain me well. ok.
after that, yesterday i continue to bet and the amount wager yesterday was 150$. so today i contact again live chat and ask how much $ left to comlpete roll over... amazed again! 945$ left! today im very angry and i ask to them why! they told me they cannot know how them system work.
im very angry... when im near to complete roll over, the 5x rollover become 100x!

francesco, what I think they are saying is that the system doesn't immediately update the amount bet toward your rollover. What the rep is saying is to check back later when the system has added in all of you latest bets to get the new required amount left to bet.

Could be the the rollover is calculated based on the lower of the amount risked/to win.

So for example if you bet $100 at 1.50 (-200), the amount contributed to the rollover requirement is $50, not $100.
This is quite normal, do you still have the Ts and Cs for the bonus offer?
