    Hello!

    I opened an account played and I started a withdraw to my Moneybookers account (I made deposit from this account): Date Amount Method
    December 4, 2009 6:52 AM $ 1000.00 MoneyBookers.

    I received an e-mail:
    From: Sports Interaction
    Sent: Friday, December 04, 2009 3:52 PM
    Subject: 560876 - Sports Interaction Registration LTK152029831208X

    They asked copies of my different documents to validate my account.

    I've sent all documents they required (a screenshot of my MoneyBookers account profile page, photo of my electricity bill, ID card and driving licence, and my bank account bill):
    Sent: Saturday, December 05, 2009 6:54 AM
    To: Sports Interaction
    Subject: Re: 560876 - Sports Interaction Registration LTK152029831208X

    They didn't answer to me, I beleived they couldn't received my e-mail. I've sent it again:

    I've uploaded the documents to company's website too.

    I inquired a lot about the status of account validating process by live chat (I sent the e-mails).

    They said:

    Missy: Rest assured that once the documents have been reviewed you will be emailed right away at e-mail"

    Nahrin: I am going to have to escalate your account to have it looked into. You will be hearing back from us by the end of today. Is that ok Peter?"

    Kyle: Thank you for your previous chat session paste with regards to Edmund's response to you, I am currently awaitin a response from Security regarding the approval of your withdrawal request.
    Kyle: Thank you for the rules and regulations, those processing times are from when they are "PROCESSED" and processing time for guidance purposes in general scenerios, this is not a general issue as the account is being reviewed by Security and can be held for an unset amount of time which is not listed in the rule.
    Kyle: You will be notified by our Security Department by email once your account review has completed and your withdrawal processed.
    Kyle: You can email security@sportsinteraction.com if you wish to have an answer directly from them.
    Kyle: I have been notified that they will email you back when their randomreview/audit has completed.
    Kyle: I have no further information at this time. My apologies.
    Kyle: You can ask them what the delay is in your payout Peter if you wish, however as I Have mentioned, they will notify you back once your account audit/review has completed.
    Kyle: Peter, "Email them at Security@sportsinteraction.com" if you would like to contact them directly about your withdrawal. I have already forwarded this matter off through my Supervisor and they have told me that you will receive an email once your withdrawal is good to go. Other then that I have no further inforamtion.
    Kyle: Peter I am sorry if your withdrawal is not processed yet, however as I have stated on a number of occasions through this chat, email security at Security@sportsinteraction.com and pose your questions to them. I have no answers for you.

    They didn't send me mail and didn't send my money to my Moneybookers account untill now. They promised a lot, but done nothing.

    Have you got any idea? What may I do?

    I waited for about 3 weeks before my withdrawal was processed. Wait for some time before contacting the security department. Have some patience.

      Thanks. I think this company is not "safe and fast" And they always say: tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow..

        "Our Security is performing some final audits on your account and this is the reason why your withdrawal has yet to have been processed. You should expect communication relating to your withdrawal in the next business day or so."

          Prepare the SBR complaint form... if they dont pay in the next few days get Justin7 onto them and you will see how quickyly they pay.

              Yeah McFox, I'd follow UV's advice here. SIA starts throwing around phrases like "The next business day or so", then next week is the Christmas-New Year's stretch when business days are few and far between, and things really start to drag out.

              You can do worse than SIA, but they basically can be a major pain in the ass and will push their delays as far as they can. Believe me, I know. Get somebody from SBR to light a fire under them, even a small one, and you'll probably see results.

                  Thank for your advice, I filled out the complaint at Date/Time: 12/15/2009 04:26 PM.

                  SIA yesterday:
                  "Rest assured our Security Department will be in contact with as soon as possible with an update."

                  I asked in e-mail and live chat what is their problem, what I have to do. And they say nothing. "Tomorrow", "be patient", "as soon as possible". Words only:-(

                      SIA security department will act faster if they know that there is a case pending at SBR... and if the idea of confiscating your funds and/or winnings entered their mind in any way or form ... it will go away quickly with SBR case pending... so get Justin7 on top this one before it gets usgly ... and with these guys it can get messy if you dont act fast.

                            SIA was the reason I came to SBR back in 2006.

                            They owed me $1800 for a withdrawal I requested after I deposited $60 and ran it up.

                            They were slow and they seemed like they didn't have a clue but they did eventually pay and gave me $200 in freeplays for my trouble.
