I opened an account played and I started a withdraw to my Moneybookers account (I made deposit from this account): Date Amount Method
December 4, 2009 6:52 AM $ 1000.00 MoneyBookers.
I received an e-mail:

They asked copies of my different documents to validate my account.
I've sent all documents they required (a screenshot of my MoneyBookers account profile page, photo of my electricity bill, ID card and driving licence, and my bank account bill):

They didn't answer to me, I beleived they couldn't received my e-mail. I've sent it again:

I've uploaded the documents to company's website too.
I inquired a lot about the status of account validating process by live chat (I sent the e-mails).

Kyle: Thank you for your previous chat session paste with regards to Edmund's response to you, I am currently awaitin a response from Security regarding the approval of your withdrawal request.
Kyle: Thank you for the rules and regulations, those processing times are from when they are "PROCESSED" and processing time for guidance purposes in general scenerios, this is not a general issue as the account is being reviewed by Security and can be held for an unset amount of time which is not listed in the rule.
Kyle: You will be notified by our Security Department by email once your account review has completed and your withdrawal processed.
Kyle: You can email security@sportsinteraction.com if you wish to have an answer directly from them.
Kyle: I have been notified that they will email you back when their randomreview/audit has completed.
Kyle: I have no further information at this time. My apologies.
Kyle: You can ask them what the delay is in your payout Peter if you wish, however as I Have mentioned, they will notify you back once your account audit/review has completed.

I have already forwarded this matter off through my Supervisor and they have told me that you will receive an email once your withdrawal is good to go. Other then that I have no further inforamtion.
Kyle: Peter I am sorry if your withdrawal is not processed yet, however as I have stated on a number of occasions through this chat, email security at Security@sportsinteraction.com and pose your questions to them. I have no answers for you.
