particular kind of bet

about 15- 20 yrs ago (maybee even today) does anybody remember a bet where you could take, say, + 6 points to where you wanted then you had to take negative 6points somewhere else

MAKE BELIEVE SPREAD BELOW

ex. spread is wash+6 v phi
dallas+ 7 v ny g


then w/ the bet (if you wanted) have:

wash:even
dall :+13
