Good Books with Soccer Livebetting

Hey guys, I'm an American who also happens to be a big soccer fan and would love to have some live betting going on in my life. Are there any good books that are open to Americans that have live betting, or am I finally going to have to bite the bullet, move to England, and join Bet365?

You may have to bite the bullet I asked this question several weeks ago to no avail. The only one I found was Intertops and wager is $500 max.
