Thank you SBR - ******* Assistance
A big thanks to Josh for helping me resolve my recent issue with *******.

I recently sent a ** deposit to ******* and somewhere along the way my deposit disappeared. ******* was originally unresponsive and then once responsive claimed that it must have been stolen by ** so it was not their fault.

I was getting little to no support from ******* and it took me 10+ e-mails just to get any real respone at all. Josh contacted management and helped me get a quick response from them -- they eventually decided to credit my deposit (although shorting it by $90).

Bottom line - I am nearly certain I would have made little to no progress without the help of SBR. Thank you Josh and SBR for helping look out for the players.

Although I was very disappointed with their inital reaction....credit to ******* for eventually doing the right thing too.

Are you still shorted $90? (if so was it because of price fluctuation in gold?) I have thought about using them in the future for faster withdrawl, perhaps not such a good idea. Thanks.

gold-pay is worthless. You need to look at:
      libertyreserve
      perfectmoney
      pecunix
      webmoney

      These have been around awhile.

Perhaps you should have a little more information before you start advocating people use these other options you listed. None of the payment options you listed are accepted by any site listed on SBR.

Only had one problem with them not processing a deposit I made on a Saturday, and that was resolved on Monday. Transfers are processed instantaneously.

Kind of worrisome, though, that they'd actually claim ** must have stolen the money.
