Well, after the first void, you don't have to be Einstein to realize the second void was more evil than the first:
    bet placed at 22:37 , voided 22:42

Both bets voided after the players won the frame.

Gamebookers responded they had TV delay,
Please... an uk bookmaker having delay on UK Champs...

They did not had any problems with the betting console, they were updating odds after every action.

I did not watch at the first void, But I watched carefully at the 2nd, and even after finish the trader thought a little about voiding my bet or not.
Which makes me think the trader validated losing bets and small winnings bets and voided big winners individually

Just for correctness, Gamebookers aren't in the UK. They are run out of Gibraltar.

Just found this, seems I was reading the wrong thread earlier. Again it looks like the shot/miss was right around the time of your bet, and the void came about 2mins after the end of the (final) frame:

Off-hand SBR tend not to have a great deal of success with European bookies, that unfortunately leaves the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority as being your best hope of recourse. They have been beefed up since Ladbrokes et al decided to move their online operations away from the UK tax man but I doubt that means they are any less bookie friendly.

problem with livebetting is, regardless of this case which i really can't judge, the guy trading the event for the book makes the call whether to void or not. livetraders sometimes work at the same location as the book and are actual employees, but i know a few books that have people working for them freelance from home after only a short training how to use the software (esp. in sports like soccer most is automated anyway). their pay is very much related to the profit they make, and if they aren't doing well, they're out, and it's on to the next guy. there's a lot of incentive for a not so scrupulous trader to claim a large winning bet was past-posted when it wasn't, even though the book itself is generally honest and reliable. a book will always close its ranks and stand by the trader's decision, because generally the bettor has no evidence whatsoever of what happened when exactly and can do nothing. things get moe suspicious ofcourse if the same trader is voiding bets on a regular basis without merit, but it's an obvious flaw in the whole livebetting-thing.

My one experience with them suggests you are correct.
They totally failed to grasp the issue I referred to them and appeared unconcerned that Party Bets rules enabled them to cheat punters.
I really doubt that these authorities staff themselves with people who have had any experience in punting or bookmaking.

It is well known that there is a problem with dart matches which are known to start often before the schedules time... I do not understand why they would take the chance and bet or arb these games - highly risk from voiding point of view.

I had a similar case like this with Gamebookers. It was Brazil women against some other women team, live broadcasted by Eurosport. I was watching the match and the Brazil girls lead by 1-0 in the 70st minute. The other team was pressing for an equalizer and Brazil was getting a lot of space so I bet on next goal Brazil @about 1.90. A few minutes later, Brazil scored from a counter-attack so I was very happy. I watched in my account ---> bet cancelled. I was real mad about this and contacted the support team. They said I made the bet while the goal was scored...WTF, I became even more mad because I was watching it on the tv, and the goal came clearly a few minutes later. I decided to leave it to this cause it will certainly suits no purpose opposing their decision (my word against theirs). Than, a few days later their new customer loyalty service came out and turns into a real big joke, I decided to say goodbye to them.

I wouldn't trust them with any wagers ... and big ones are out of the question for me at least .. I couldn't bet more than peanuts with them by the time it came to give them the boot.

After you won a few bets, they won't allow you to stake big wagers anymore. There are way better bookies around with better odds/service/loyalty program.
