Is it true you are not required to send id if you withdraw using Moneybookers thats what alex from Livechat just told me.I have tried emailing my id about ten times and each time they have either said they did not recieve it or i cant see your name on the id (which is not true i can see it clear as day.)Another person told me i do need to send id so before i deposit anymore Money i want to know for sure that i will be getting paid.Anyone ?

I have used BP for a few months, just doing **/** deposits/withdraws and i have not had to show a ID. Make sure you are emailing your ID as a .jpg file, sometimes if you do not, your ID wont show up very clear or at all for the person receiving the email.Comment -
Ok thanks Spartangreen i,ll give it another try and see if it works i think it was a jpg file though.I dont know why the other customer service person said i have to send it and one says i dont.Comment -
not sure what browser you are using, but google chrome never works for me when i send pics to. IE works the bestComment
