Betfair Moneybookers and email problems

This seems a bad joke.

Im tryng all day to deposit at BetFair using moneybookers but is impossible. They already send back 4 of my 5 deposits to my mb account.

And all the mails i send to them comes back! I Phone them and they tell me that they are having problems with mb and that they didnt know about any email probelms. I talk to couple of friends and their emails comes back too!

Must have something to do with location I imagine. I saw the notice about Moneybookers but went ahead and deposited $500 which did go through (Didn't try an email as yet).

Betfair are having a bad hair day all around. The Moneybookers issue (not location related, it is a general problem) is still not resolved, the main site crashed for about an half an hour at 1pm UK time and API access wasn´t possible for about two hours.

You think they would notice if they weren´t receiving emails, though!

Ok, but they told me by phone that they dont have any email problems!...well... they dont have mails so they dont have email problems

If anyone knows when the moneybookers problem is solved please post it.

Betfair Customer Services 26 Nov 21:41 Please be advised that the earlier technical problems with Moneybookers have been resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and can confirm deposits via Moneybookers are now being processed successfully.

If you deposited money into your Betfair account using Moneybookers between 10:00 to 15:00 GMT the funds will have been returned to your Moneybookers account. If you made a deposit between 15:00 to 18:00 GMT the funds will be returned to your Moneybookers account tomorrow 27th November.

Oh luckily haven't got an account with them lar! Better to use my 12bet account and I never encounter bad jokes haha
