Coral not settling/paying out bets

Hello - wondering if anyone can give me advice. I took part in a Coral promotion which meant I got a free £5 bet on the Girst Goalscorer Market in the Chelsea v Man U game 2 and a half weeks ago.

I correctly guessed Terry which should give me a return of £100.

However they still have not paid the winnings and there CS keeps saying they have passed it onto their marketing team who do not seem to exist given they have not responded at all.

I checked SBR for their rating as advised before deciding which bookie to join and noticed they were A- so did not think I would have problems being paid for a winning bet!

Any help would be appreciated

Shoot them an email with your bet # or screen shot !!! My guess CS f*cked somewhere .
They will pay nothing to worry .

If you are in the UK call them on 0800 440011.
When I have had issues with them in the past, I never got anything done using their e-messaging system.

Is the bet still showing as unsettled/pending in your account?
