Sorry that this has to be my first post, but anyways ...
On November 2, I submitted a complaint on Wagerunit ($500 withheld because of erroneous information provided by Live Chat) using the form provided. I phoned the number provided after a couple of days and left a message; I also sent a follow-up email on November 11.
I was just wondering whether the matter was currently being looked into or if SBR would not be able to look into it.
