i am thinking of setting up an account with them, and am looking for a good customer service rep there. good means friendly, helpful,and with an accent that is easy to understand for an american player over the phome.

They got terrific customer service. They are very good at payouts. They will have your money to you in about 2 days or less. I am very pleased with them with their very fast connection to make wagers with. They started this year to have live betting which I have never seen them do before now. It is very easy to deposit with them if you have a net spend card that is. They never ever call you at all about depositing which some other books have done lately to me which gets on my nerves when I have been ahead this year so far. I have never had any problem with them and you will be very happy with them.

BetJamaica is run by the same people that run the Greek. These two books are at the top of their profession. They are the ONLY offshore books that we use when for some reason (normally sex related) our person in Vegas (bless her heart) can not get to one of the hotel books. These are the only two books that I would recommend.
