Web site is up, but can't sign in.

They have to be significantly under their expected revenue for the weekend. Part of me is angry I couldn't bet there this weekend. another part wonders when they will be up and running again.

Monday morning dow again and I am not happy. I tried to log on to make tennis plays early today. I was one of their main supporters all weekend through all this but enough is enough. Also I hope the earlier poster didnt really get threatened with an account suspension. That doesnt sound like them at all and I KNOW Richard would have somebodys ass over a comment like that. I just thought of something kinda funny though, all of our accounts are suspended right now.LOL. Good luck BP getting this all fixed and I will be loyal but cant speak for everyone else.

such a long downtime can mean only one thing - the whole data center crashed and they did not have a backup servers in another location. Not very smart..........saved a few bucks but lost thousands of revenue.

Has anyone had a trouble getting a payout or transfer from BP since this problem with their website?

So far no complaints, but just want to be sure.

An update on my sunday's book to book transfer request from BP to MB:

Even though BP does not do transfers on sundays, after a frustrating request, one of the supervisors finally made a call to MB and did a manual transfer.

But only for $4000, was told that was the max per week. That was sunday.

Today, I called , and was patched to a manager named Fred, and he apoligized for comments made by one of the supervisors...("Would you like me to suspend your account?"), when I demanded a transfer on sunday, because of the special circumstances that day, which made me feel uneasy.

My take on this whole situation;

Their management and CR seems to be sincere and trying, I'll give them another shot.

Server not found. Five days and counting. They had build up a lot of goodwill, but it's melting fast. I haven't seen such a long delay in getting a site back up and running.
