You guys freak out a lot any time a site is down. BetPhoenix is a solid book, but they have had issues like this from time to time, be it maintenance, DOS attack, etc. They're not taking your money and running.We are giving maintenance to our servers. Sorry for the inconvenience.Comment -

We are switching from an international pipe to a local CR redundancy and will have some turbulence over a short period of time. SBR knows our business and has been to the shop that we own. Not going anywhere, and they can vouge for that.Comment -

I was with Caribsports for over 2 years, and this only happened one time...On a NFL Sunday! They went out of their way and allowed minimum $5 bets over the phone. They went out of their way not to inconvenience their customers. BetPhoenix is doing nothing to ease the inconvenience.Comment -

This is not maintenance...our ISP provider is down...we purposely do not use CR INet due to bandwidth requirements on Live Casino etc. We are currently switching to a fall back position using local CR Inet. This was not planned...we do not do maintenance on Sat afternoon. That being said, I don't control the ISP provider, so not much we can do but move to secondary redundant INet sources for now. We run more bandwidth than any other shop in this country, and today unfortunately the pipe was closed.Comment -

If they say the problem is with their ISP, then why have their phone lines been down all day as well?
C'mon! There's obviously more to the story. Like I said in an earlier post, my customers would shipwreck my business if this was the kind of service I offered when they needed it (like on a college football Saturday !).

I say a 10-20% freeplay would be a fair compensation.
That might be acceptable to those of us that might feel discouraged about not getting on, today.

Guys you need to just suck it up. Transfer your money when they get back up if that's what you want, but there is no way in hell they are going to give out free money because of this. It is piss poor management to do any sort of server switch during the day on a weekend during football season, but it would be downright stupid to give out free plays, etc. because of this. It sucks. We're all pissed. We'll all get over it. I've been at several books in my life and this has happened at more than one, it is not like these are the only guys who have had this issue.Comment -
