BetPhoenix issue...never had this one before

    BetPhoenix issue...never had this one before
    I managed to blow my bankroll at BP last week. So I use 375 points to buy a $100 fp and I log in to my account to see if it's beien credited and my account balance is -$75!

    Since when is BP a credit book? And how can I have a negative balance? I talked to their CS about it but they admitted to being clueless. So now I'm asking here...anyone have any experience with this issue?

          On other forums, the bp users always bring up a guy named Richard that works there and says he solves all their problems. Contact them and ask to speak to Richard, that's your best bet.

            Bounced check maybe only thing I see putting youre account in the negative that and credit card charge backs.

              Yeah Taylor that's what I was thinking, had to have occurred through the echeck deposit.

              Just contact them and ask to speak to Richard, it will get resolved.

                Talked to CS again today, they said they would contact their IT department and correct it. Not sure why it takes this long...

                          There are two possible reasons...

                          1, IT error
                          2, Misgraded bet, which is corrected after you placed a bet with the winnings....

                                  They took care of this for me this afternoon. Very nice customer service, and once the Bet Phoenix agent from here was on the case it was handled in 10 minutes.

                                    So I think someone screwed up bad when doing the maintenance tonight. I received about 15 e-mails from Phoenix/Mania/WC, each one confirming a deposit. By the looks of it they are all legit e-mails, but they are old deposit confirmation and of course not new ones. I have sent all the amounts specified in the e-mails, but of course this was over the course of months and not hours.

                                    I almost had a heart attack when I saw all those deposit confirmations thinking that somethin had been hacked... Shame on you BP!

                                        I always have this message with a tracking number popping up when log in. I've never used any sort of mail withdrawal.

                                            every book has creit side to it btw. pinny as WELL! even here in the USA they of course like the post up but you can get credit or run a sheet through any of these shops...
