I started playing with bet 365 back in October. I made a 10 Euro deposit by paysafecard and was lucky enough to run my balance to around 6000 Euro within a day.
The deposit was made on 27 or 28 Oct. I made the deposit of 10 Euro, received 10 Euro bonus and 40 Euro or so as a mobile betting bonus (after 5 bets by mobile internet they pay you 50 % cashback for the total of the first 5 mobile internet bets up to 40 Euro max.).
I was on a great run and ran my balance up very fast. On the 27 Oct or 28 Oct I requested a payout by urgent bankwire of 2000 Euro which was processed on the same day. On the 28 Oct I requested an urgent bankwire of 3500 Euro which was processed on the morning of the 29 Oct. No problems so far.
Bet365 needed my IBAN and BIC. I did not know it and so i let it calculate by www.iban-rechner.de. The program calculated my bic wrong and by mistake added 360 at the end of the bic. i did not know that and provided the bic to Bet365. the iban was correct.
Bet365 sent me the money but the money was returned due to the wrong bic. On 30 Oct I asked my bank why the money is still not in my account and they said the bic is without 360 and that is why the money is not there. On 2 nov bet365 informed me that the money was returned to them.
now the mess started. my account was still open on 1 nov. on 2 nov it was suspended. i contacted bet365 and told them of the mistake with the bic. now they said they need a pvc code and my id. i still had not received the pvc and so i told them i will wait until it arrives and then send it together with my id.
day after day passed and still no pvc. i contacted bet365 again and asked where the letter with the pvc is and they told me there were postal strikes in England and so it is delayed. on friday 6 nov they told me i should send them my id so that i can access my account when i receive the pvc. then it was monday, still no pvc and i send them my id. their german support informed me in the evening that the id is verified now.
day after day passed again. still no pvc. i contacted them again. they told me again of the postal strike, delays therefore, that i am not the only customer with such problems and that i can not access my account without the pvc and can not withdraw therefore. I told them i can send them whatever document they need but they insisted on this code.
I contacted them on a daily basis and was always told the letter could take 10 days to reach me (usually it takes 3 days from England to Germany), there are delays due to the strike etc etc. Finally they told me a new letter (i asked for a new one on 2 NOV) was send to me on 5 NOV. Even this letter never came.
Today I contacted them again and told them there is no letter. Now they told me a new letter will be send and they don`t accept my id anymore and want a new one. I asked why they didn`t tell me of that before and was told their dep. made the decision today. Ok. NP. Later I asked their German support about why my id was verified and what the status of it is. The guy now told me they need a better copy and the decision was made today and they send me an email about it. Sorry, but there is no such email. Not earlier today, not now.
I have the feeling that they are pissed because I won some money with just 10 Euro and don`t want to pay me anymore. Had this shit program calculated the BIC right I would have already received the money. Now I have the problems with this company.
It is a mess with this company. I provided them my bank statement today showing that i just added the wrong BIC. I wonder what will happen next.
