    bet365 payout issue of 5500 Euro
    First of all I have to say hello to all. I am new here. This issue has already been forwarded to help@sbr

    I started playing with bet 365 back in October. I made a 10 Euro deposit by paysafecard and was lucky enough to run my balance to around 6000 Euro within a day.

    The deposit was made on 27 or 28 Oct. I made the deposit of 10 Euro, received 10 Euro bonus and 40 Euro or so as a mobile betting bonus (after 5 bets by mobile internet they pay you 50 % cashback for the total of the first 5 mobile internet bets up to 40 Euro max.).

    I was on a great run and ran my balance up very fast. On the 27 Oct or 28 Oct I requested a payout by urgent bankwire of 2000 Euro which was processed on the same day. On the 28 Oct I requested an urgent bankwire of 3500 Euro which was processed on the morning of the 29 Oct. No problems so far.

    Bet365 needed my IBAN and BIC. I did not know it and so i let it calculate by www.iban-rechner.de. The program calculated my bic wrong and by mistake added 360 at the end of the bic. i did not know that and provided the bic to Bet365. the iban was correct.

    Bet365 sent me the money but the money was returned due to the wrong bic. On 30 Oct I asked my bank why the money is still not in my account and they said the bic is without 360 and that is why the money is not there. On 2 nov bet365 informed me that the money was returned to them.

    now the mess started. my account was still open on 1 nov. on 2 nov it was suspended. i contacted bet365 and told them of the mistake with the bic. now they said they need a pvc code and my id. i still had not received the pvc and so i told them i will wait until it arrives and then send it together with my id.

    day after day passed and still no pvc. i contacted bet365 again and asked where the letter with the pvc is and they told me there were postal strikes in England and so it is delayed. on friday 6 nov they told me i should send them my id so that i can access my account when i receive the pvc. then it was monday, still no pvc and i send them my id. their german support informed me in the evening that the id is verified now.

    day after day passed again. still no pvc. i contacted them again. they told me again of the postal strike, delays therefore, that i am not the only customer with such problems and that i can not access my account without the pvc and can not withdraw therefore. I told them i can send them whatever document they need but they insisted on this code.

    I contacted them on a daily basis and was always told the letter could take 10 days to reach me (usually it takes 3 days from England to Germany), there are delays due to the strike etc etc. Finally they told me a new letter (i asked for a new one on 2 NOV) was send to me on 5 NOV. Even this letter never came.

    Today I contacted them again and told them there is no letter. Now they told me a new letter will be send and they don`t accept my id anymore and want a new one. I asked why they didn`t tell me of that before and was told their dep. made the decision today. Ok. NP. Later I asked their German support about why my id was verified and what the status of it is. The guy now told me they need a better copy and the decision was made today and they send me an email about it. Sorry, but there is no such email. Not earlier today, not now.

    I have the feeling that they are pissed because I won some money with just 10 Euro and don`t want to pay me anymore. Had this shit program calculated the BIC right I would have already received the money. Now I have the problems with this company.

    It is a mess with this company. I provided them my bank statement today showing that i just added the wrong BIC. I wonder what will happen next.

    Bet365 are a horrible horrible company that will limit you as soon as you win. HOWEVER, they do not steal peoples money. I'm from the UK and there are huge postal problems and backlogs here, so they are not lying about that. You will get your money, just wait. Oh, and even though their requests are stupid (like asking for your ID again), just do what they say. As long as you do what they say, you will get your money sooner or later.

      I agree with Twister. If the facts are as you say they are, ie. that you just won a lot of money from a very small deposit (congrats BTW!), you'll get paid.

      They're not looking for a shyster-like way to avoid paying you because you won, even though the requests may seem a bit silly to you. They're an honest company, though their customer service can be lacking. I'm actually surprised they let you win so much before limiting you heavily - they're not known as Bet £3.65 for nothing.

          That's because you are thick.

          Bet365 is regulated by the UK gambling commission, not some offshore "who cares what they do" type company. If Bet365 ever ripped off a genuine player by keeping monies owed, they would be royally ****ed. The safest place your money can be is in a bookmaker regulated and licensed by the UK gambling commission.

                            you money is safe... unless if you take the bonus before or has an account before.

                            if the pvc dont arrive in 30 days, is missing... send information, like passport, goverment ID, Driver License, utility bill, if your studing send a letter from the university, or if your working send a letter work., that you studing or working there, as probe that you r living there....

                            the mistake cam from you, not bet365, now they suspect there something wrong due returned transfer.

                            anyways congrats, good job..
                            usually i have to wait from 2 to 4 hours to receive payments (using neteller or moneybookers)

                                You mean it's normal and it's part of their verification steps that is why they need some time???

                                  strange strange strange. no pvc code today - again and as usual.
                                  i finally decided to contact them again and told them i can not accept my account being locked for weeks now. furthermore i decided to get my telephone number verified. i received their callback and at least this is verified now, too.

                                  what is verified now? passport number, bank statement, telephone number, driving license
                                  what do they need now? pvc which i guess will never arrive

                                  Ah, sending them the driving license was funny again. I faxed it last night and the status said they received it. this morning i contacted them and they said they don`t have it yet but will contact me once they get it. So i decided to fax it again. Status was ok again. I contacted them and they said they have not received it yet - again. This time i insisted that they should check for it because i was told they had not received the first one. After minutes i was told they have it but they have to send it to verification and i will get an email once it is verified. lol
                                  Remember: it was verified weeks ago. then they decided i have to send it again. i wonder how long that will take now? even then i guess i will not be able to access my account because then they say i need the pvc. i asked them if i should go to a lawyer, police or anyone else for getting certified documents but days ago i was told that would not help because they need the pvc. i was even at the local post office and they investigated that they have not had a letter from England in the past days which they sent back to the releaser of the letter.

                                  Oh boy, I want to show them that I really live at my adr. but they don`t accept anything, even not certified copies of documents.

                                    Oh boy, can it get any worse? Since weeks I am waiting for this code. It never arrived. Now an operator told me to send a utility bill what I did. It seems like it was accepted. Now we have another game going on. They always tell me to send in some docs. They first told me I can fax it - then I get an email telling me it could take 48 hours for verification. Right before the 48 hours are over they tell me they need the documents in coulour. I sent it to them. They are telling me it could take 48 hours for verification. Right before the 48 hours are over they tell me they need the back of my driving license. Then they tell me it could take 48 hours for verification. My guess is that they will accept this form of id as well as the bill and tell me they need the pvc now. And that could take up to 28 days until it arrives. I am wondering how long that all will go on and if it will ever find an end.

                                        Sorry to hear of your troubles with 365. From my experience though, they have been good to me. I did have to send in some ID docs but never had to do the PVC thing. Have not been limited in almost one year now. I am down with them overall though.

                                              I doubt someone here can really help you,

I was told to send a colour scan of my driving license. i sent the front and back last night and i am always told to wait wait wait. i am not even able to make a single bet for weeks because i just have an account with your company. Please understand me. Whenever I sent something in your company tells me to wait and then wants this document or that which I provide and have to wait again. I am really using faith that i will ever be able to bet again.

                                                  The German team never mentioned the email I sent them - just the fax i sent them 30 minutes before. Once they say the englisch verification team is responsible, now it is the German team. The German team says they required a coulour scan which i sent last night but in the email today they only mentioned the fax not the scan i sent them. then the operator says now they require the id and driving license again. the german team did not mention that. one operator says it is verified - the other says it is not. one operator asks me to send an utility bill instead of the pvc. the other operator says that is not possible because they need the pvc.

I guess they tell me they need it in colour but whatever i try it is never in true colours. I guess when they ask me to send a coulour one I ask my 8 yrs old son and 2 yrs old daughter to paint one.

                                                        It is laughable what they always ask me to provide. Remember - it all started because i mentioned the wrong BIC. Just 3 numbers were wrong (360 and it should have been withour 360). Since that day my account is locked. I provided them my passport ( 3 or four times), driving license ( 3 times), gez utility bill (twice), bank statement, the website which gave me the wrong bic, the website of my bank with the right bic, wage tax card and i think much more. I really wonder what they want me to provide within the next days.

                                                          When they ask me to provide a different id i will send them my Padi license. Maybe they will accept a diving license as my id. I wouldn`t be surprised at all.

                                                                    For the last two days they told me to send my id again. they said they want it in colour. that is impossible. i was wearing a black shirt and i have dark hair. so it looks like the id is in green, black, gray. how should i send it in colour then. this time i even sent them the back of my id.

                                                                    they are always saying they are not happy with my id. WTF. What do they check for ? All they can check is the dob, passport number etc. Why should it be in colour then? They wanted my driving license in colour. I sent it. Then they wanted the front and back of my driving license. They were not happy (and it was in colour). Then i sent my id again. They were not happy. Now I sent the front and back of my id by fax. I wonder what their reply will be

                                                                      They want to check it is real not forged I imagine (vs templates of what it should look like). They do seem to be taking the process a bit far though, unless there was something that raised suspicions.
