Sbc global scam!!!

I have had an account with SBC for about a month. I can't get my money from them now. They claim they are sending me "paperwork to sign" via email, but it never arrives. Have called them about 100 times.
Any suggestions? I am contacting the American Embassy in San Jose and also the FBI.

I am not sure what sbc global is, but I found this in the urban dictionary,

1. SBC Global

He had an SBC Global in the car yesterday, I swear to God it smelled like a burnt tire.
