#37First post on the forums. I've lurked for a while after hearing about CreditWagering. Last week was my first week and I won $1,000. I requested a withdrawal at 1am Monday morning. Today I checked back and they said, like most people on here have mentioned, that there is a delay in processing. They told me I would get my MoneyGram by next Thursday, possibly sooner. I'll keep you all updated.Comment -

Hello, SBRFORUM. I have also lurked on this thread and have posted before about sports.com screwing me under another name
Here is my CW story. Signed up with them last spring, settled when I lost, liked their model, have lost to them, this fall hit a lucky streak, got up a lot, etc.
So since late October, they have not paid. Went for the ** of 800 (giving them a social security number for a credit card....shady). Processor issues and pretty much what everyone else has said.
Billy, I would maybe not hold my breath. Many many people need to be paid (myself included) before you and they are having constant processor issues. They do not control it, they will tell you something but it will change because they have no control over when their processor pays. Who knows, maybe they do, but they say that they dont.
For the past month, I have been told I would be paid each week. Each week, the week ends and nothing happens. No money. And yeah, not just you. Anyone reading this should avoid this book right now if you are just signing or are curious about their model. If you lose, you are expected to settle and pay but if you win, you will wait.
And wait. Then you will wait some more. It has happened to me and apparently, many others on here.
To be fair, they seem frustrated by this. This isnt good for them to tell people people things and then it constantly changes.
People want to be paid and right now they seem extremely slow in paying.
And you get told something (I have been told I would get paid "100%" this week. Nope, did not happen) but then it does not happen.
Also, dont say "We always pay" if you did before but arent now" What does that even mean and what good does that do if you have not paid for a month and the story keeps changing of when you will be paid.
Good luck Billy, maybe you do get paid and have better luck than myself.
But a word of caution to anyone who loves the stiffs and are curious about this book.Comment -

#39Pavement, have you quit wagering while waiting on your payout? I'm thinking of doing that--I don't want to lose $800, and then all of a sudden I don't get paid because my losses negate my prior winnings.Comment -

#40I haven't because I'm dumb. I actually am like...a hundred behind meaning if they finally decide to pay I may need to send (or not).
Which is fine. Having 792 and paying 140 is fine or just slipping under the -400 by Sunday midnight. We'll see...barely halfway through the week before college football or NFL
Basically, I didn't have a problem with them until they started to just tell me different stories about when I was going to get paid. To be promised that I was going to be paid only to be like "Sorry, that's what the processors tell us. But I PROMISE you will be paid next week" is just absolute crap. And they pride themselves on being a no-BS book, but lately my experiences have been real different. But hopefully they will finally pay this week.
So yeah, wait on it. Don't get behind. Make them pay you the 800. Who knows, maybe they like you and you get it next week.Comment -

#44Have bet on and off on CW over the years. Just got paid today via moneybookers. Took about two weeks of getting the run around to get paid though. They've always paid up in the end, just a lot of delays.Comment -

#45Creditwagering.com I received my payout today!
Just want all to know that I received my payout today from creditwagering via money gram. ...After reading all the negative posts in here I was skeptical at first...however i made one payout request and waited about 3 weeks, BUT the fact is I was paid and I am happy to be a client of there's....look it, if you have bet on sites like sportsbook.com, I know for a fact they are SLOW or very slow in payouts. If you want a faster payout there are others out there...but this was an ok wait time for me. I have no problem in recommending this site. good luck to all.Comment -

#46I got my debit card in the mail a week or two ago - I just checked my mail the other day (whoops). I tried to withdraw on Thursday and the agent told me I couldn't do that until Monday. If I recall correctly, that's how it was when I had the old card as well, so I'm actually somewhat optimistic.
I'll let you all know how it goes on Monday morning when I attempt to withdraw.Comment -

#49I have many outs. But CW allows plays that other books don't, they have soft lines, and until November, always paid on time. I also settled on time and their bonus structure was good.
Even if I don't get paid, I've made five figures there. So if "that's what I deserve," then so be it.Comment
