#52I say chargebacks can sometimes be caused by bad processers that list charges as gaming .I had this happen to me at Betus for 600 bucks guys charged my cc and the bank refunded me because they do not honor the charges.Comment -

#55If the statement is correct, the player wins as I said.
SIA pointed at some irregularities in the statement, and I agree that it raises questions to the document's authenticity. Which takes us back to the original issue... Was there a **********?
The only way for me to know with certainty is to get this directly from the provider.Comment -

#57It seems to me that whatever info that is provided to Justin will never be sufficient. It seems pretty clear that it would take a nuclear explosion for him to rule against a book....Just an observation based on this and previous threads.Comment -

i read this, and actually heard this from a friend i was telling my story to as well, so i was waiting for a reply from my card issuer regarding how chargebacks on there prepaid works and heres the respone..
"Cardholder can try to contact the merchant that took the payments and request a refund with the reason “they did not authorize the purchases or receive merchandise” If the merchant agrees to refund the cardholder the funds would be put back on the wallet approx 5-7 business days after the refund is processed from the merchant side.
b) If the merchant does not agree to process a refund, or the cardholder is not successful contacting the merchant/company the Cardholder can file a ********** for the approved transactions. A ********** can take 45-120 days to process, is a cost of $20.00 per transaction filed and is not guaranteed."
so umm yeah.. there goes there whole ********** theory. charged my card on the 19th and 26th, and i filed a ********** on the 30th...? this gets better and better

#60i think its become obvious what has happened.. they were not aware i used a prepaid card. and they got caught. no balance to steal without me knowing, and no 3-4 day ********** like real credit cards. no wonder the first guy i talked to at sia on the phone sounded suprised when i told him it was prepaid. it all makes sense now. i wouldnt be suprised if this leads to them not accepting prepaid cards anymore.Comment -

#63**UPDATE**
just recieved an email from SIA telling me i owe them 50 bucks and my account is closed untill i pay up lol. also, they just lied again within this email saying the date in question is october 10th, when in fact as previously stated in numerous places such as my credit card statements, various emails, and the original post in this thread, its october 19th was the original deposit thats in question... thus proveing more and more that they lie so much that they cant even keep there stories straight... patheticComment -

#64No, I don't work for any sportsbook (although I did 4+ years ago).
SIA claims a $50 deposit was made on October 19th, and bet it all on a 2-team parlay (San Jose ML, Vancouver ML). When it lost, a ********** was issued, and your account was closed.
Are you out $50? If you didn't do a charge back, and never received that $50 back, I'll burn them to the ground. Just send me the card details so I can confirm it with your cc carrier. This would be a CS disaster if I can confirm your facts, and I'm confident SIA would make things more than right.
lookin back in this thread, im glad justin posted this, because then posting what SIA says comes from someone elses mouth other then mine, thus being more proof they are lying. as you can see above.. justin says sia told him
"SIA claims a $50 deposit was made on October 19th, and bet it all on a 2-team parlay (San Jose ML, Vancouver ML). When it lost, a ********** was issued, and your account was closed."
a few problems here.
1)a ********** takes 40-120 days as per my card issuer
2)they say here they closed my account after this bogus ********** after this bogus parlay was played on the 19th.. yet they have said numerous times they closed it on the 30th.
and the meat and potatoes of there thievery.. the email i recieved from them minutes ago..

#70It looks to me that you or one of your jhommies made a deposit and after you lost the bet you called the Credit Card company and ask them not to honor the transaction.
SIA didn't stay for 12 years in the business by phucking someone over $50.
Your prepaid card must come for sure with an online statement, just give Justin your user name and password and let him look at the original piece of information...I'm sure he's not the kind of guy who will steal 0 (zero) dollars from you empty prepaid CC.Comment
