Please read this- not getting paid.
Here is my latest fiasco. I will release this book after I speak with their GM at 11am. For some reason they do not want to pay me.
I recieved my 1st payout on Tuesday- I called weds morning and they told me I wouldnt get that payout until Thursday or Fri. I called this morning to process another one and find out why the payout I requested yesterday still has not been deducted from my account. I got this strange live chat and when I call, they hang up. my balance is $3190 with $110 on VaTech pending. I am a nervous wreck right now. I went through all the security stuff. They know me. Why are they doing this. This is an A book I believe. the guy I spoke to tells me there are no more payouts anyway this week because everyone won the patriots game on sunday so they reached their payout limits. so I am not getting one anyway????
I am about to pull my god damn hair out.

You are now speaking with Mark of Customer Support.
me: I processed 1 yesterday and want to process another today
me: what time today can I get the 1st payout
Mark: What is your account number...?
me: why was it not deducted from my balance yet buddy? I requested that payout at 8:45 am yesterday
    me: account number XXXXX
Mark: Your account has to be approved for payouts....by Mr XXXXX...
me: what are you talking about?
Mark: Please contact him at 800-259-5005
me: he processed a payout for me yesterday.
me: what are you talking about
Mark: It is in the security department
me: security department? I already went through all of that.
me: I spoke to him yesterday
me: he said i was getting 1 payout today
Mark: He will be in at 9am our time in 2 hours
me: now i am processing 1 for tomorrow
me: mark you dont know what you are talking about.
    me: look at my account.
    me: process my payout.
Mark: Sir please call at 9am and it will become clear to you at that time
    me: what will be clear?
me: process my payout. stop trying to give me a hard time.

he then ended the chat- every time I call he hangs up.

They made an error and fixed it. The clerk was looking at the wrong thing. Exactly what i told him he was doing. Clerks are so rude sometimes. This matter is fixed. Glad i didnt report the book in question.

Mammoth, in all seriousness I would consider getting out of the online gambling world. To put it mildly, you seem a little high-strung for this type of entertainment. I just have this mental image of you constantly shaking, eyes darting furiously all akimbo as you panic hysterically over your latest sportbook skirmish.....

I dont know how much of this thread by Wooly is true but I can say that about a year ago, i played with Jazz and tried to request a payout on a monday and one of their managers names Alex Powers came to the phone and told me that because they took a big hit in the NFL sunday, that i would have to wait till the following Monday (a week later) to request a payout. I did end up recieving the payout at the end of the following week (about 11-12 days after requested) via moneygram or western union...dont remember which one. Even though i did get paid, they will not be getting my business any more.

I deal with a guy named Harvey and he handled it perfectly. The clerk was too lazy to look further and every time I called him back he would say he cant discuss my account and then hang up. It was pretty frustrating.
Stumpage, I respect your opinion and yes I get worked up when something strange happens, but I am player that sends money every week and has fun playing. I give books lots of money. So when I DO win, I want it back.
Harvey is very classy though. He wouldnt screw anyone over. I wish they were allowed more payouts then 300 per day, but that is not jazz's fault. Their clerk Mark should not be handling customers.

Well, good luck Mammoth Man...Incidentally, I agree with you regarding Harvey. I had a major problem with a Jazz Family book a few years back and it took a while, but Harvey eventually got everything resolved. Based purely on my own experience, you would do well to get in touch with him immediately in the event another problem arises in the future.

most gamblers are high-strung. your dealing with peoples money.
although this book is fantastic, this rep ruined my morning with the bullshit he was telling me on the phone. then he would hang up. He was mean. I thought I handled it right. I didnt report the book. I didnt bad mouth them.
I guess it doesnt matter what I type here, you guys will always bash me.
I thought i did this the right way. Although I wish I could get a daily pay out, jazz is a good book. Just stay away from that rep mark. go to harvey!

Personally I prefer that to the usual approach (ie just to lie and pretend all payouts will be processed as normal).
