    Cashpoint mislead me and steal my money
    So im going to explain better possible my situation, very bad for me:

    yesterday i bet Mainz over 2.5 on Cashpoint sportbook and after the match with result 3:0 i login into and im going to bet again but watching my statment i see mainz bet lost for me.
    i talk with support cashpoint and after send the number ticket they told me i bet UNDER and i lost.
    i was very angry and disappointed because im sure without any error that i bet OVER 2.5
    now i must show you an example screen (of today match herta) to semplify the explain of that mislead:




    u can see the OVER position is on the right but if u see well, the odd is unbelivable 2,37 if comparison with others sportsbook (about 1,60 eueo odds).
    now i understand that the over is under and the under is over, but i understand only many hours later and infact the support inform me by email that was a translation error and they will fix as soon as possible but they mislead me, i bet over, on the site written OVER and not under as they told me. im very angry, they not give me back money and even any refound. that is a cashpoint fault, why i must pay for them errors?

    what do you think about?
    i also send a complain to SBR sportsbookreview

    if i understand the problem, imo they should refund your bet, as you clearly bet the over, not the under. if they missed something in translation, that's not your problem. but as you say, the odds were very obviously reversed and therefore could be voided -> refund of stake.

    nevertheless, it should teach you something about betting lines that are without a doubt the wrong way around.

      Today reply after i told them i contact SBR for complain:
      Dear Customer,
      I´m Sorry about the delay.
      We´ve rebuilt your issue and can confirm the problem.
      Please be sure we´re working on a solution and we will pay out the money as soon as possible.

        after 4 days they promise me the money back, i have not recived yet any $ and they not reply to my email from 2 days.
        now what can i do now? i have also send a complain to SBR sportsbookreview but also SBR not reply to me.

                now they refound me and also give me back the won money.
                im happy they understood that the problem was not mine but them, but not so happy coz they have understand several days after.
