I recently reloaded funds into my Pinnacle account only to have a portion of these funds immediately withdrawn with the following explanation:
"Promotional Debit - Bonus reversed due to sharing IP with some other Pinnacle client."
I have never "shared my IP with some other Pinnacle client" (this sentence doesn't even make sense from a technical standpoint). I have contacted customer support and am awaiting a reply but would love any additional insight or recommendations. I think the confusion comes because I sometimes use a proxy to connect to Pinnacle from work (Tor) which disguises IPs and therefore an IP address may overlap with another user, but I have never intentionally "shared my IP address". It further makes no sense to do this upon a deposit, they could have withdrawn the funds at any time over the last year since I've had a long-standing bankroll.
