Acarmelo1 u live in america right? Well if you don't , let me inform you about a little law we hold very dear in this country.. Innocent till proven guilty... Right now the jury is still out.. however the way wooly has handled himself with this situation and in the past is questionable at best..

Let me ask you this Acarmelo1... if BigWooly is wrong.. and we find out he is wrong.. how are you going to feel about all the heat he brought down on youwager... or Gambling and using Western Union and Moneygram.. which is the life blood of this business to many of us that want as little heat as possible..
police reports and chargebacks and crap like this only makes it harder for all of us when we have to deposit..how about the gamblers this could hurt who haven't done anything wrong?

I did not said taht he should had filled the police report, or that the chargebacks that he did where a good idea. I live in panama by the way, yeah and the laws are different regarding to gambling. I was just saying that Youwager should have done more before opening an account with wolly. They could have double cheked his last name with the database to see if he had another account. I know that making 2 account wiht the same sportsbook can couse you trouble. And if wolly is wrong then he shoudl be banned from the SBR for making this kind of posts. I have seen plenty of his posts. And he had trouble with alot of books.

And what is wolly is right and they lied to him, Still that doesnt make it right for to wolly make the police report or make chargebacks. That is just messing stuff. And even if you are right, never yell at the cs reps. they will hate you and make your life impossible

Interesting thread... A quick read of your other posts at SBR (and I haven't even gotten to your ghost accounts yet) makes it even more of an interesting read.... You should offer lessons on how to not to behave if you are going to scam using multiply accounts or at least teach comedy classes... Sad Justin has to waste so much time with you...

YOUWAGER should be an a+ rated book. a ********** scammer would be treated poorly at any book, so this doesn't reflect badly on youwager at all. also, there has never been a hold on winnings at youwager. I've made several withdrawls(all of which arrived in less than 48 hours)the day after a deposit, you only have to keep your deposit and bonus in acct to meet rollover and hold, which is much more customer friendly than most books.

I do not know that I have 7 accounts with them. they said they were all under my name. probably because I made an account years ago and their credit card approval rate was not good so i did not deposit. either way, when i called youwager, i asked them if i had an existing account. I told them I probably did, but they said NO. he said I used 1st fedility 5 years ago and never came back. I only charged back against SIA and they deserved it. I have not filed the police report yet against youwager and put the western union complaint on hold, for the simple fact that I have so much other shit going on. They stole $512 from me and I never got it back. If you want to side with the book, that is fine. you do not like my history because I do not handle scam books well? yeah i blow up and i lose my head when dealing with shit like this because its so god damn wrong. how can these books get away with it? i know they have people that work for the book in here posting. I know that some of you got treated fairly by them. you guys hate sbg global, but for 12 years they treated me like gold. so just because you like them doesnt mean they are right 100% of the time. YOUWAGER admitted they were wrong to me and offered me the $12 western union fee be credited back to the account. I had the fees/bonuse removed and my bets redone (they canceled them out and took the bonus and fees out so i can cash out faster) when they told me the truth about their system. ya see the clerk said he was my account manager. not some punk college kid or some rookie. he has been there forever he said. his name was andrew. he wanted my money so bad that he would lie to get a lousy $512. well he got it. So thanks for labeling me because I fly off the handle and I charged back SIA one time, but I have put a shit load of money into this industry and have brought several people in that did not trust offshore gambling. So no need to act like you are some offshore gambling gods because you play alot. I do as well. I used cash with youwager, so the scam was on me. can I get it back. yep. am i going too? probably not. I own a small company in Atlanta and I seriously do not have time to chase these assholes around. $512 lesson learned. maybe you can question the book and find out the true story.
You said there was more to the story. what is that? 7 accounts? the book is affiliated with 3 books. I have been in the industry for 13 years, I have tried over 15 books to see which one fits the best. This book is so god damn unorganized that they said i had zero accounts, but then 2 days later they say i have 7??? I wasnt hiding anything, I told them my name and asked if i made an account. what else can I do? thanks for prejudging me.

I read this thread brifely....I am not saying I don't belive you bigwooly or youwager. But this is what happened to me. I opened my account with youwager 4 or 5 years ago. Played with them for couple of months and never used them. When I came to this forum, ppl were talking about how nice youwager was and nowadays, it's hard to find a NICE offshore account. So I decided to try them(absolutely forgot I had account with them at this time) and opened a new account. They opened my account with new account number and everything. However, when I called them to make a deposit, customer service rep said I actually have an account with them so there is no need to creat a new account. She even said since I haven't played with them for long time she will honor me the new account bonus. So I don't understand how youwager didn't caught him having 7 different accounts when he requested a receiver's name for his ** deposit. Only thing I do not like about youwager is their bonus policy. And like some people said, it doesn't matter how much he yelled at customer service rep. They don't have rights to keep his money.

Just to add one more bigwooly... this post make it sounds like you actually did ********** your cc against them. if you really did, you should have just try to resolve the problem with their manager or something(mayb you did try it). But the way I see it is, youwager is trying to recoup their money by keeping that $512 you recently deposited.... I hope you do get your money back and you were just unlucky and sort of careless on your part for not reading their bonus policy. Next time when you do join different offshore book, make sure to read their policy throughly before you join with them or ask them to see if there will be hold period. Because sometimes, books will either forget to tell you the most important thing about their bonus policy or they just don't tell you because they know 30day hold on your original deposit might not sound to appealing to some customers(imo).

Youwager knows that I have not filed the fraud complaint after reading this, so they are certainly not paying me now. STAY AWAY FROM NATE (MANAGER) OR BRIAN (SALES MANANGER). These people WILL scam you if you are not very careful.

Youwager wrote me regarding your claims. According to Youwager, you lost your entire balance wagering and in the casino. You then wanted them to void your losses from the sportsbook and casino because you didn't understand the hold requirements for your deposit.

If you have facts that support your claim that Youwager's guys "are crooks", fill out a complaint form, and SBR will investigate. If the only facts you have are that its CS didn't explain the hold period on the phone when you deposited, I don't think this would constitute criminal activity.

hey justin- they should have never even gotten my deposit in the 1st place. I asked them a million questions during the phone call (Which they say is recorded). I filled out a complaint form 2 days ago. I wanted you to listen to the tapes.
Andrew completley lied to get my money and then once he got it, he disappeared and some other guy told me the truth. I would have sent this money to a different book.
When The I called the next day Nate would not give me my balance and money- so I went into the casino and blew it all on 2 hands. He said he wasnt even going to give me my money back and that I better shut my mouth on the forums. The guy is a prick. I know you never believe me. It would really help if you listen to the tapes. They got my $512 and they must need it. YOUWAGER.COM IS A SCAM and anyone who sends them a penny needs to watch out. Is this book going out of business and doing anything it can to snake deposits and start trouble?
I am going to report this in a few other places, but thats the worst I can do right now. I just dont have the time to do a whole lot more. I was hoping Justin would give em shit for their sales tactics. I would not have sent them $1 if andrew would not have lied. I ASKED ANDREW THE RULES SO MANY TIMES THAT HE GOT FRUSTRATED WITH ME BECAUSE I KEPT CHECKING TO MAKE SURE. Nate and Brian are scammers. The only way to get them back is have Justin on your side (Which I never do) or scam them back (which is pretty easy). This book has not called or done shit.

seriously from 19-22 i played with them the entire time i was in college.. those were the days.. they would take funds out of my checking account up to 1k.. and would wire me back within 1.5-2 days.. Call in monday night after the winnner.. got it by wednesday's lunch..

I prefer not to address complaints like this in public forums. When you make allegations publicly against a book before we can work behind the scenes, it's only fair to the book that facts favorable to the book be shared publicly as well.

According to Youwager, your "posse" including you, your wife (whose debit card you used in the SIA dispute) and 2 other family members opened up accounts on these dates:

Youwager provided a recording of you talking to a manager there. He mentioned that you had opened numerous accounts, and you did not dispute it. If you had all these accounts, how could you not know about any holds?

But it is moot. Your dispute was about how long does this book keep your money before you can withdraw. You lost your entire balance, so that issue no longer matters. A better way to handle this would be to stop wagering, and let someone step in.

And what's with all the threats with the police, and your buddy with Western Union fraud investigations? And tracking down the guy in Costa Rica that received the Western Union? They forwarded a bunch of chats with your threats to CS (these threats are why they will no longer take your deposits, if they recognize it as you).

So i blew it on the casino. JUSTIN I TOLD YOU THIS IN THE COMPLAINT. i wasnt hiding that. the casino is besides the point. they werent paying regardless. I should have come to you? I emailed you about it 10 times you responded one time and told me not to bet. its not like I have had you in my corner on anything.
with SIA it was a scam because they knew who we were. we didnt hide that. we sent them both drivers license. signed 3rd party form they sent us. these are all things the book sent us saying it was fine to bet that way. that is called proof.

And yes I threatned to get my money back via western union fraud. just because you deposit cash doesnt mean someone can scam you. it is easy to get this investigated and get your money back. I stopped the investigation, but if nate wants to run his mouth and not admit anything, I can make it happen tomorrow. all it takes is a phone call and a police report to get the investigation going. so why dont i do that. or they can refund the deposit like I told them to do before any of the games even started. let me know. I am back on this one- and am now pissed.

I didnt scam youwager. I didnt do shit. I sent them money. they said I havent sent them money in 5 years and had to reopen my account. they lied about all of their shit and once they got the money in hand, changed the rules. how do you not see that? I asked for the money back and they said NO. I woke up the next morning. still couldnt get my money back. blew it on 2 hands in the casino. i didnt wait till that was gone before I asked my money back. All I wanted to do was report their dirty tactis and lies here. I know justin isnt getting mymoney back. especially if he is friends with them. I respect that. the SIA thing was much much different. both were dirty, but SIA takes the cake as the dirties in the business. IMO. maybe they clean up their act and make things better for others because of it. that would be cool. but everyone here can agree that SIA would not have called me and voluntarily gave me my money back if i would have lost that weekend. come on guys.

It's not a matter of siding with them or not. You bet your money and lost it. End of story. You're claiming that they wouldn't have paid you, but they're not known for stiffing players. So for you to claim that, after you lost your money, is a bit of a quantum leap.

Next time, ask all the hard questions upfront, before depositing. And ask them by e-mail, so you have a record. A lot of clerks answering phones, or on online chats, make mistakes.
