Which one SBR rating do you consider to be the most off the mark?
Name one book.
And add if it should be rated higher or lower.
(I've adjusted my sig for the occasion).

BetUS
have heard a lot of good things about this book from non-internet friends.
Based on what they've said, it should be higher. I believe its rated a C- book here.

WSEX. I fully realize that they have been downgraded recently, but even so the current grade is surely a dwindling remnant of their past Glory Days, which seem long gone at this point. Maybe they'll get it together, but right now this book is simply atrocious and has been for quite some time now.

They are at C now and are being monitored carefully. We have some disputes being worked on and continue to receive player feedback via the sportsbook complaint form.

Bodog for its pattern of live betting robbery. Pay out and cut the account off live for ****'s sake.

BetVegasVic at a C doesn't make much sense to me. SBR hasn't even changed their coverage since their induction. Deposit/Withdrawal options are limited, which is the only thing that comes to mind why they have not been upgraded since SBR initiated coverage.

I got to say WSEX at a "C" too.
Right now, not a place anyone wants to send their money to.

Limited is putting it nicely, I'm non-US and they told me ** or ** only. No chance I use either of those.

Heritage books should be A or A-.
Bet phoenix should be downgraded they are a B- or C+ book.
Skybook should be a B+ or A-
My ratings are a little different. A books should be the top % tiles of all books out there, they should go above and beyond expectations. Thats a joke in this industry. None of the books have exceptional CS.

Interesting. I haven't followed the WSEX story closely (not interested in full juice books). So I suppose Cascade may soon be joined by another book that fell from SBR rating A all the way down to D.
My personal choice for this thread is Heritage (A or A+). I used their unprecedented football promotion this year. And I have to say that I'm as close to stunned as I'm ever going to be about a book. Heritage is not necessarily the main out in a lineup of books, but as far as 'above and beyond' the call of duty no other book comes close. This board is practically glowing with positive Heritage feedback. That is something I've never seen.

I thought Cascade were always a 'no pay' sportsbook?

The only one of the above I would worry about getting paid timely is WSEX. The others offer reduced juice which is important to me.

5Dimes, too many reports of poor CS for them to be a true A+ book. On the other hand, I have been getting really good CS from BetJamaica the last 2 years or so, thus I guess we all have differing opinions. I would also have to question BetPhoenix because I remember a couple of alarming disputes that were posted in the past that's why I still have never really sent them serious money.

I've used sbr ratings as a reference point for several years now, and I think they are heads and tails above other sites "recommended books."
But since you asked, youwager/betpop being rated at a b and b- respectively is absurd. I have accounts with all of the A+ books and none pay as fast as youwager. They have very high limits, and I have never heard of them not paying anyone. Customer service is top shelf and when i send an email requesting a withdrawl or with a question its adressed within 5 minutes.
Youwager is an A+ book imho.

It seems to be a unanimus decision. People seem to think that Sportbet should be anywhere from a "C-" to "D" rating. Personally i would rate them as an "F" because they admittingly steal from their players. Of course if you ask Justin the goof, he thinks Sportbet is run by an honest bunch of people.

I think Bodog is right on with the A- rating. The payouts have always been great for me, and personally I like the prop bet options.
Everyone is aware of the late lines and heavy juice on the favorites...but as an underdog bettor that suits me just fine.

I agree BetJamaica is legit where they are. Can't believe they were ousted by 5Dimes in the posters poll, considering how many people complain on a regular basis about 5Dimes poor CS.

For European books:
10bet should be rated at D- (lower)
bet365 should be rated D+ (lower)
VCbet should be rated C- (lower)
Eurobet or Coral should be rated C- (lower)
sportingbet should be rated D- (lower)
partybets should be rated A- (higher)
Unibet should be rated A- (higher)
bwin should be rated B (higher)
