befor 4:45 pm est 10-22-2010 i would have said yea i like the book a little , but not anymore i log on and click on a 2 or 3 team parlay scroll all the way down to bottom of page fast as i can and click continue new page comes up type in risk amount click continue and BAM new page comes up its the main page i have to log in again yes do it all over again , so i timed it 2 times and in less than 1 min and 40 sec i got the bet in next i do a 3 teamer took 1 min and 52 sec BAM i cant do it fast enuff it bumps off again main page comes up log in again, thats been going on sents i been there iam so tired of that. i hear ppl say if you click refresh a lot it will bump you off, i been there around 2 months i think ive hit refresh total 3 or 4 times in 2 months there so thats not it. ive never made a withdraw so thats not it. ive only made maybe 3 or 4 deposits total=around 8h so thats not it. so iam thinking its 1 of 2 things they dont have the $ to fix it or its a sign i need to leave there ,so iam looking for a new book. i have 1 other book and yes it will bump you off after like 2 to 3 hours but never in 7 years as it bumped me off in 2 or 3 mins , anyway maybe your 5g will help fix it but i wouldnt bet on it been that way 2 months gl.

I am pretty sure they have high roller customer with more then 5k deposit. Most books do, yes i would say it safe to some aspect. What I mean is I have read around if you are a pro they will close your account but would not steal from you. They will give back all your money.

I increase roll at most books including 5Dimes guess they have labeled me differently. I mostly Live bet and no limiting thus far and up overall. Guess they label me a square so be it I love this book and have a healthy balance here.

i like 5 dimes, they have been responsible, just asking others opinions. Has anyone recently, had problem having check withdrawl not being processed. Tomyunderstanding everything has been fixed. a lot of peoplw prefer the wire withdrawl method

I think money is safe in 5Dimes per se, but when I recently got hacked and someone stole my log-in info, their customer service was terrible in helping me. Not that they could have done anything anyway, but their attitude was arrogant and rude.
