Existing Justbet players who would like to access Justbet's alternate URL must call 1-800-274-8313 for the backup website. SBR will update when Justbet is back online.

I did just get through on their regular URL and made a bet, so it is probably just "spotty".

Bump. The site's up for me but another poster indicated a few minutes ago that the site is still down for him. If anyone else cannot access give them a call at 1-800-274-8313 and ask them to let you in, it is likely a security precaution with certain IP ranges.

We usually ask just for 70% of the winnings of the day

For the last 2 weeks, its about a 5% success rate getting in.

              When will they fix this?

Most books who have this problem fix it quickly.

Just called JustBet, and apparently you have to verify your password to speak to someone. This means that when you call and give your account number to the representative, he now has your password in front of him to verify. Not only is this a huge breach of security, but its pretty despicable. When I told the CS rep that I wanted to speak to a supervisor about the issue, he told me that there was only one person, Butch, who could help me, but he rarely uses the phone, but he would see if Butch would talk to me. The CS rep comes back on the phone and tells me that Butch is on the phone and will be for a while, so I can't talk to him and the only thing I can do is to call back later. I just thought it was hilarious that they call themselves a reputable book, yet only have ONE person above Customer Service reps and this guy rarely talks on the phone, however, I couldn't speak to him because he was going to be on the phone for a while.

I plan on taking all my money out of this crooked book ASAP.

Isn't that standard protocol? That is supplying your username and password to the agent and I don't mean making a wager.

It's poor security but common practice.
