BetMania - Won't Answer My Emails

I lost my first few deposits with BetMania, then got offered a bonus deal with a 60 day hold. That was about 80 days ago.
I now have just over a $3K balance and have played about double my requirements. Over the past week or so I have emailed them (at four of their email addresses) to make sure I can request some of my money.
But they won't reply. What's going on with them?

May seem like a stupid question but have you checked your junk/bulf folder for replies?

Betmania are an affiliate of betphoenix (I believe) and are rated B- here at SBR. I'm sure you will receive your funds. I would not worry too much about it.

Use the live chat or call them. They may just be delayed in responding to e-mails but when I use the live chat I get my questions answered immediately.

Solid book , perhaps a problem with the email I would just go onto live chat and they will take care of you

If I was getting those results from e-mail, I think I might try a different method of communication. I'm a bit of a wildman that way.
