    Bookmaker to Matchbook transfer!!
Bookmaker charges $200 to transfer money from them to matckbook. This is a joke and unacceptable from a so called A+ book. They charge fees for all there withdrawals. Stay away from this site guys.. Even sportsbook allows a free withdawl once a month..

Bookmaker offers a free withdraw if you have enough bonus points.

Bookmaker is a must out if you win at sports betting. They do not throw you out for winning. They also are first to post a line.

This is assuming you have not been shout out of the bonus points program for being non-recreational. They also aren't "free" withdrawals if you consider that you can change in those points for cash, but any amount of points is probably better than $200.

            Point well taken JoeVig.

A reminder to all Bookmaker account holders who have accumulated bonus points and are a winner at Bookmaker. They reserve the right to confiscate your bonus points as they are meant for "recreational players".

The wise always cash them whenever they reach 10,000.

Outdated a bit, but still helpful and correct for the most part:

Sports betting and handicapping forum: discuss picks, odds, and predictions for upcoming games and results on latest bets.

EDIT: Link not appearing to work perhaps since the thread is archived? Just search for "Book to Book transfers" as thread title only and you will find a comprehensive list.
