Hello I'm a new user too in SBR and I have exactly the same problem. Stryyke don't pay me since 21th September. Soon it makes 2 months since I request 704€ to withdraw and until now nothing. I had send to them more than 20 mails now and the answer is always the same, " we will pay you soon, sorry for the wait, be patiente". Soon???? I'm wating for my for more than 55 days for my withdraw request and they responde to all my emails saying that my request is to be processed soon? Please...

Can somebody help me?

I´m a new user in the forum, and what I´m reading in this post, is worry me.
I have more than 1.100 in Stryyke...
You are telling me that they don´t pay??? My God...
First i made a 246 deposit, because of their 123 bonus and i loose it all. Now i made a new deposit of 134, they give me 66, and ´j have luck... Now i have more than a 1100, and i think i´ve allready make the rollover!

I am thinking to make a widraw ...I´m scared

They can pay a few people now because of gamblers making a deposit thinking they get a nice bonus.

Hello guys,
I'm from Greece,I have make a withdrawal about 2 and a half weeks ago and I didn't get my money.I sent 2 e-mails and the only answer was....3 e-mails with subject "take your reload bonus"!!!No answer to the question I made them about the delay to the withdrawal.So what is the next step I have to make?Complain to the SBR?I don't want cause even these problems I think it's not a bad betting company!

Ok... I ask a 30 euros widraw, and theu pay me in netteler in less than 24 hours.
Now i´ve request one of 300. I have still in my account more than 900.

I got my money from my first withdraw after one week after I had a complaint about my bank details because they had them wrong.

I contacted sbr (thanks again) and the stryyke service (in german and english) and they replied several timesand then took care of it after all.

Stryyke is definitely not a scam and they obviously have very good bonus offers ... but they should take more care of their payouts so they can keep all of us as happy customers!!!

I get the feeling that the stryyyke is a poor bookmaker. raised 280Euro on 29.10.2009 to my bank account .. have sent many emails to answer and there is always the same we are processing your withdrawal

Have been waiting for over 3 weeks for withdrawals of 830 euro. Get the usual "we will process your withdrawal within next days" but you never do. Sent about 8 e-mails.

Can you help.

Now appears that some people are getting withdrawals within 10 days so there is slight hope but why do you bombard me with reload offers for November when you have not repaid me since October.

Stryyke (SBR rating D+) has released an official statement for SBR readers concerning the payment delays experienced by players.

Stryyke: When it comes to payouts, the length of time always does vary, depending on amount and even the method chosen. For first time pay out above certain limits we are obliged to perform certain KYC procedures, too. These may take a few days and also depend on the customer's own reaction time. Further we run anti fraud measures on certain pay in patterns with the *********** processor to avoid charge backs to everybody benefit."

We are working on expanding our Payments Team in a little while to cut the waiting time dramatically as well.

Stryyke management has stated that two of the five players who filed SBR sportsbook complaint forms have been paid in the last week, SBR will update this report pending player confirmation. As of now, Stryyke's total figure owed to players is €2336 with the oldest request made on September 30th.

I received my money today, one month and a half after my request. They do payout after all, this all could have been avoided if they just explained that it's taking this long.

I think these are a dodgy bookmaker and i wouldnt be surprised if they are going to go bust and take peoples money with them including mine.
I deposited 246 euro to get the bonus that they was offering but after emailing them 3 times and getting no bouns or even an answer i decided to try and withdraw my money, but its seems i cant.
On top of this they have restricted my betting amounts to 5 to 10 euro before ive even placed a bet?
They are stalling on everything, even limiting betting amounts to virtually nothing before a bet has been placed, which suggests to me they have real money issues and are about to go under. I would stay way clear of this bookmaker.
Is their anything i can do about the money i deposited because its a hopeless cause trying to contact them.

Been waiting for 1941 euro payout for 3 weeks now, emailed stryyke and have had the same responce as everyone else.

Have PMed stryykedimitrios but no responce.

SBR any help with this would be great, know you guys a real busy.
