    Betonline grading issue 2.0
    Hello SBR Community

Same problem with my bets on Rugby league game as many years ago. Please read it https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3237805-betonline-grading-issue-resolved.html

I had many contacts with support but the customer support was the most unhelpful too.

I bet on England Rugby league match a two-way Moneyline St.Helens +275 for Game . The game finished in a draw (22-22) by regulation time(80 minutes).

    According terms we have -
    1. Unless otherwise stated, all Rugby wagers will be decided on regulation time only (80 minutes plus any time added on for stoppages).
    2. Rugby uses a three-way moneyline which includes the draw (tie) as a wagering option.

The England rugby league games have two-way Moneyline ONLY!
Pls see a screen of current mathces below.
So my bets must be settled as void/cancelled,but support offers me various calculation options in which my bets are always losing.

Opti, other members, please help me with open support eyes on thier own rules.

I agree that should be a void.

And I already replied to your PM with a suggestion.
