Not sure about the the October monthly scratch off, but Heritage gave a $25 free play toward any Hockey game to start the NHL season last night; available to use the entire month of October. Little promos like this are greatly appreciated and are moving Heritage back in the right direction. Thanks Heritage!

I was just wondering I'm funded at three different app books already. I used to play only exclusively with heritage for years but then they updated the site and the layout is terrible, I got 250 for the last scratch off which I played through already just curious when this one would show up.

Was just busting your balls but I looked and got an email about the scratch off from Heritage last month on the 11th....Given that, we might see it next week sometime?

Yeah, my free play from September had an expiration date of 10/15 so October scratch off will around 10/11 to 10/15.

Last month I got $250

This month $50

I didn't get one and asked why they said I have to subscribe to the letter
I am 10 year customer and never got email about this so I did subscribe and they said because I didn't deposit last month
I don't qualify for it.
I asked why I got one in september and they said they sent it out as courtesy.. I mean I am thankful but
didn't know you have to deposit to be qualified????

Heritage is my favorite book, and I am a solid losing bettor there over a long period. Anyway, over the years I have noticed that they seem to be just disorganized at times and they don't accurately communicate in their newsletters. It's almost like there is a disconnect between whoever sends out the promotions and the people that implement the promotions. I don't ever sense it is intentional, but it can be frustrating and confusing. It's a shame because I think overall they try really hard to be honest, fair and good to work with.

Case in point is when they solicited NFL Preseason deposits, last year they did a 100% Deposit Match up to $1,000. Super sweet and easy. This year they changed it up and promoted 5 $100 Free Plays for deposit of at least $500. They also promoted their "Get Out of Your Bet Free at Half" Promotion and in the newsletter it said it would be twice per month. So far, it has been once in August, once in September and hasn't happened yet for October. My guess is they forgot to implement it the way it was promoted, but who knows.
