So, back in Nov I got a $50 casino bonus. I had to complete a rollover, which I did. Once I completed that rollover, I got a message saying I then had to rollover that balance in the Sportsbook. I completed a 20x rollover in the Sportsbook yesterday. I called to request a withdrawal yesterday and the agent told me that I had completed the rollover and that I could cash out $250 out of my $611 balance. I tried to request a w/d but I got an error so I called back and talked to the same CS agent who told me he just had to have a supervisor fix it because I had a pending wager. He told me that once the supervisor got out of his meeting, he would fix it and I could w/d. So this morning, I logged in and my balance had been CHANGED to $250 (which I assume the supervisor changed.). I made the request and all was good until this evening, I got an email saying that I to complete ANOTHER rollover in the casino. LOL, THREE rollovers? One casino RO, then a Sportsbook RO and then another casino RO? Even after the SUPERVISOR confirmed that I had completed everything? I pissed because I spent two weeks trying to complete these damn rollovers. I feel like they're just trying to not pay me. So, are they a reliable book? I was actually going to make a deposit and use them so I had another out, but if they're trying to not pay a measly $250 payout, I'm not sure how its going to go trying to w/d a big amount.

NOPE! I even spoke to a CS Rep last night who confirmed that I completed BOTH rollovers and that I could cash out $250 of my balance. He told me that he had to have a supervisor push the withdrawal through, but he was in a meeting. He called me back a little later and said it was approved and to re-enter the withdrawal request. At that point, it still gave me an error message. I called him back and he said that it might be because I had a pending wager and to call him today. When I woke up this morning, my balance had been CHANGED to exactly $250. I figure that the supervisor changed this. I re-requested the withdrawal and it worked and was "Pending approval." I even received a confirmation email saying that my withdrawal will be processed in 24-72 hours. A few hours later, I got an email stating that I had to finish a 30X rollover in the casino. I called tonight and spoke to another CS rep because the guy I spoke to yesterday was not in the office. This guy told me the same thing, that I had completed all of the rollover and that I should be able to cash out $250. Said that it would be escalated and available in 30 minutes. Of course, it's not and whenever I call, they don't answer. I don't understand, it's a measly $250. I wouldn't care if I didn't waste two weeks of my time completing a 30X casino rollover, then ANOTHER 20X rollover in the Sportsbook. Any non-deposit bonus is going to be a hassle, they are giving you something for nothing. Hardly ever worth the effort of trying to play through all the rollovers. Also unlikely they would offer you a bonus after cashing that $250 out as you are technically up on them before you've ever even made a deposit. Also fwiw going through the internal messaging method would probably be the better route as at least there will be email and chat proof rather than these phone calls that can just be denied.Comment -
I know they used to have a bad rep years ago but they have gotten better. I hit a crazy win on a slot and i got the entire $10000 . I then later hit for $5000 sports betting and got that too no issues. Yeah, I spent all day on the phone with them. Basically, after arguing with 5-6 people, I told them that I was going to file a complaint because what they were telling me wasn't in the TOS of the bonus. The bonus stated a 30X casino rollover had to be completed, then another 30X casino rollover had to be completed after the bonus was converted into cash. They were trying to say that I had to complete a 30X casino rollover, then a 30X Sportsbook rollover, and then another 30X casino rollover. They finally agreed to pay out what I was told I was eligible to cash out, but I'm still waiting on the BTC payment. It's been about 6 hours now so we will see.Comment -

I, myself, hold animal life above humans at this point. I had a friend that passed away. She worked at a shelter. The stories she would tell me about people surrendering their animals......would make anyone who loves animals angry at humans. I'm talking about a woman that got new curtains and furniture in her house, and the animal's fur color did not match these items so she surrendered the dog. People surrendering the dog because it pissed in the house 1, that's right 1 time while they were gone. Likely, they were gone for 14 hours and didn't give a shit that the dog tried to hold its piss for that long but couldn't. Fukk people man. Yea we are animal lovers too have Snickers and Twix. So many animals running around wish we can take them all but 2 is our limit in the house. Try to leave food outside though when we can to help the cats around the neighborhood. Luckily most people we know are kind to their animals . But i have seen some things in this neighborhood. Once there was a cat we fed at times back when we had Misty and Bella . One day he came up and i saw someone most likely neighborhood kids poured lighter fluid on him and lit him . Same thing is happening to me. Have played with Betus for years. Turned a $25.00 free casino chip into $250.00, went to withdraw it, and they said the max amount I could make from that bonus chip was $125.00 and the rest would be absorbed by the site. They cited some obscure rule they have. I told them thats ridiculous but they wouldn't budge. Of course they money is still in my account, and I have since worked it back up to $250 just puttering around. I am going to wait a couple weeks, then try to withdraw it.
