There is really not much use trying to complain to anyone about an account investigation.

But if you do not like the result, or they take too long about it (more than 10 days), I will help put you in touch with a senior manager.

If they havent asked you any specific questions in that time, then I would guess it's just a routine check and most often will end up in account re-activation.
