Did you calculate the lower part of bet amount and winning amount?

for example if you bet 500 to win 200 and the bet hits, only 200 counts towards the rollover.

But yeah I had same experience before that book miscalculated the rollover.

Wasn't Betonline though

noticed in July I had a screenshot where my rollover progress was $5,479.
in the last 30 days I’ve placed 30-40 wagers including 2 parlays at $50 each and a $250 to win $200 on the Iowa-ISU under. Those 3 themselves should count a total of $300 to my rollover progress, and as I mentioned there are another 35-ish other bets.

So my rollover progress yesterday was $5,719 up $240 from July despite all of those bets. Do parlays and teasers not count towards the progress?

CS seems confused thinking twice I was saying the rollover total was inaccurate. I did not mean the rollover req. total, but my progress towards such.

seems like I’m just stuck hard, but my progress calc seems totally wrong.
Any ideas?

I do know that markets they offer reduced juice on only count for 50% of the bet amounts for rollover. I 'think' parlays and teasers don't count at all. But I'd suggest emailing freeplay@betonline.ag and asking them to confirm what bets are being counted or not as they are the CS people who deal with bonuses all the time and should know better than regular CS people.

Yeah, I would email them to you as suggested by optional. I believe hockey and baseball is reduced to 50% so if you had baseball in the parlay that might have affected it. But if it was a football parlay, it looks like it should be $300 going towards the rollover.

I can't believe it because its never happened to me, but I lost my free play of 1k for not playing any of it for 30 days. I've never run into this before because I used it. I had no idea this would happen. That sort of sucks. No rollover but wanted the free play still.

Did you have rollover pending there and then win a prize in any of their contests or somehow snag a 2nd bonus and the winnings had rollover which were added on to the original?

When they add rollover from that to your allready pending rollover it seems to mess up their system.

Even if your bets on something do not count or only count 50%, your pending rollover should not be going up after making a bunch of bets.
