They were fine in Ontario. Used them daily for the year that they were in operation here. Nice deposit bonus(es). First electronic funds withdrawal I ever attempted was a bit of a nightmare, as they claimed my info didn't match what I had submitted through KYC, but I believe this was just a case of a massively incompetent CS Rep and it was eventually resolved with an email or two.
