Betonline contest deception
Hello everyone,
I have to start a thread about Betonline contest deception.
I regular take part in Betonline contests and I took part in their IEM Rio Major props contest too. Rules said "The $5,000 cash prize pool will be distributed among all players that answer at least one of the prop questions correctly AND complete the minimum bet requirement of $20".
1) I have at least 2 correct answers (question 3: "Which Brazilian team will go the furthest? Furia / Imperial / 00Nation" - my answer was Furia; question 12: "Will FaZe Clan reach the grand final? Yes / No" - my answer was No). Many question were about separate players stats and I haven't checked it so I don't know exact number of my correct answers but it's irrelevant.
2) I placed 20 USD to IEM Rio Major game (with 2.02 odd, so both risk and win 20 USD or more).
So I must be awarded by my piece of prize pool but it hasn't been done (it should be paid out by yesterday due to rules).
I asked in the chat why did it happen and had only answers "Management reviewed this again and you did not qualified for the winners list" without any explanation reasons of that although I paid their attention that I met all necessary requirements.
I took part in Betonline contests and promotions regularly and this is not the first problem with correct result grading by Betonline but now it's high-level annoying! Note that Betonline hide IEM Rio Major contest from contest's page although still shown earlier contests ($10,000 NBA Pick’em; $5,000 TI11 Cash Contest, for example). So I even can't make a screenshot of my entry with correct answers for complaint. Why do they hide exactly IEM Rio Major contest only? I suggest that they know about incorrect this contest result grading and try to hide it!
Ask SBR help with solving this issue (I don't undestand how to file a complaint now - "File complaint" link from SBR main page just opens forum). Also ask to write here other players who has the same issue with IEM Rio Major contest please!
