Betonline stealing half a million?

I have encountered an issue with betonline where my account has over $400,000 in cash balance (I have screenshot evidence of this) but has been suspended for undisclosed reasons. They have suspended the account claiming it is under review while saying they will give me a call back (of course no call back was received). Please point me in the right direction to turn in this situation.

I made a large initial deposit and began betting larger and larger increments going on a rather large win streak to accumulate the money and meet the rollover requirements. I have contacted Dave Mason on twitter and am awaiting a response, how long does he normally take?

At the very least this post can serve as a warning, right? Not to mention while I still do not have access to the account it appears as though the balance is now negative and the funds have been taken.

The issue was solved, there was a huge mixup and the initial deposit was the incorrect amount so they subtracted all of the funds from the wagers I had made up to that point, my entire win streak was essentially negated, sadly.

Trust me when I'm more confused than anyone here, but hey at least I got my account back even if I lost all of the extra funds and the negative balance was corrected...

Something doesn't add up here. No one would be this nonchalant about losing out on 400k+, even if they did something slightly wrong.
